The EPL is a completely different kettle of fish. As one of the big leagues in the world all sides can attract decent players no matter the budget. Who the hell is going to move to Scotland and play in a third world comp unless they are going to get paid a mint. Scottish league is still made up mostly of locals, Aberdeens player budget this year averages £120k per player who is going to play for that kind of money?
