have heard the same story P32... if he bagged 5 or 6 and they get a win against the shoes last week, a word would not have been said.
sounds like the players are trying to pass on the blame for the weekends loss....

I'd like to see Petoe's odds for this week's games. Reckon Cove Flaggies and Brighton are value here...

Agree, would have thought they'd be a bit shorter given that Valley have only beaten them by 25 and 14 points this year. Flaggies are definitely good value against Porties and Cove/Reynella should be even for mine. Too hard to call.

Expect the results to be though.....

Valley's - I think will prove too good.
Shoes - Have beaten the Bombers on both occasions this year.
Porties - This could go either way.
Cove - Experienced heads to get the job done against a young, eager Reynella side.

Vikings to flex their muscles against a plucky twisties outfit. I think the fact that they are on a big oval with the goals facing each other could be an advantage for Valley. Valley to run away in the last to win by 36pts.

This one is hard to pick. Im going to lean towards Noarlunga down at Aldinga. The bombers wont like the arctic conditions down at aldinga and it may play havoc with their tans. Shoes to sneak home by 8 pts.

Hard to go past Porties on their home deck. Flaggies best is very good, but to often their best is at their own dunghill. Flaggies runners to keep them in it for a long time, but with Smith quiet, will struggle to find the big sticks. The cocklies to scrape out a 17pt win.

Another toughie. Been a while since the elimination finals were so hard to pick. Ive just tossed a coin and it landed on its edge so now im going to have to pick one. Ill go with cove. Reynella have been playing super footy and have been up for a while. Maybe they played their final last week so based on that, (and the theory that i dont like them much), ill say cove to get up by 25pts.

Good luck to all finals teams this week.

Well I was guessing the margins roughly and don't think 25 and 14 is a massive difference to 18 and 13. Point being the games were close and should indicate a close game. More worried about the Bombers form lately....

valley 32pts - too much quality runners
brighton 40 pts- dry conditions suite better, hope the coach won't fall for the loose man in the hole covering the goal area again
flaggies 24 pts- normally go well against porties, time to stand up
wineflies 9 pts- have the winning taste again
