brighton 40 pts- dry conditions suite better, hope the coach won't fall for the loose man in the hole covering the goal area again
flaggies 24 pts- normally go well against porties, time to stand up
wineflies 9 pts- have the winning taste again

Just have someone go through him, i'll guarantee they won't sit someone there after that!

Interesting game, Noarlunga led most of the day, but once again in the last quarter their coach goes defensive and puts Comer behind the ball which brought Brookman into the game and Brighton stormed home.

Yep 6-4 to nothing last quarter...very similar to a game between these sides last year when Noarlunga went defensive and gave up a 6 goal 3/4 time lead. Although would like to know the free kick count in that last quarter, seemed very lopsided Brightons way.

Saw the Brighton shoes game, Brighton too good in the end. Interesting to see what shoes have to say about 1 umpire in particular. At least 5 goals out of 12 from direct very very average free kicks. Brighton much better in last quarter but shoes definitely on the rough end of some very poor decisions. Hope league officials there took note.

Well done valleys. Definatly have been the best team all year. Morphies played well hitting the lead towards the end of the 3/4 but valleys kicked a couple of late ones and then ran away with it in the last 1/4. Still got one more chance so let's make it count next Roos. How are the 4 valleys boys that got injured? Would be devistating to play all year and then miss the prelim and maybe the GF.

Maybe you should have been a bit more defensive in the box today MrTeach... Lucky you've already been reappointed for next year. A 81 point drubbing prior to the signing would've seen a Milo / Dogga taking the helm for sure.
Focus on your own backyard MrT...

Ouch. I tipped Porties, but thought it would be close. End of season review won't be pretty....

And Cove annihilated Reynella by about 13 goals. Interesting week. Brighton break the Shoe hoodoo, Valley showed their class, but lost 3 very important players in Lynch, Tonkin and Alvino. Flagstaff disappointed again and Porties showed they are around the mark. Think MVP will still have a big say and should make the Prelim, but it's good to see things fairly open for the premiership.

After watching Cove today I reckon they'll knock off Noarlunga.

Big difference between Reynella and Noarlunga, although Cove's best has been good enough this year.

Valley has plenty of depth to draw on although losing two talls will hurt. Shame for Lynch in particular who missed the whole of last year with a reconstruction. Be interesting to see who they call up or if a week off could see any of the injured guys back in contention.

Brighton are always in contention and the win against Shoes made a strong statement. I'd have it pretty much even between Valley and Brighton.

Yes it will be hard to replace those 3 and sad to see their seasons end this way
Got to say I am shocked by the score lines today
Think the big game will be twisters v bombers prelim and premiers probably will be the winner of that game

Pretty hard for MVP to play bombers if they dont get passed the cocklies who were awesome today and run well on a big oval
