Should have won this season B & F as well, joke that he didn't!!! Yet another great decision from EFC hierarchy.

B&F winner shave nothing to do with EFC hierarchy. Best player votes are managed by team management of each team.
Treas was always a tough negotiator in off season, he stayed in the hope of premierships, which he got in 2005, but it's been a long time between drinks, he never was a person who put B&F's in front of the team. If he is at Ardrossan then one can only hope it is for the right reasons. :(
If a couple of people leaving constitutes a club being in a bad way then all the clubs must be also in bad position. Personnel changes just happen.

Way off the mark, fishing over nothing. As I said before people join and leave clubs annually. The club as all clubs would wish those who have moved on all the best with their future interests.

Wouldn't be a close relation of yours would it Hairy Cat?

I have a few friends out at Townies... I think they have recently started preseason and was wondering if there was any exciting news?

Heard they have picked up a few ex-players from a few years back. Stubbie, Hearn and I forget the other name quoted.

I heard that this Stubbie guy will be the Kurt Tippett of Edwardstown. Under skilled and over paid ;)

If its Stobbe and not Stubbie, in no way will this be a benefit to Edwardstown FC.

Happy new year SFLers!

Time to bleat about all the recruits everyone has snapped up over summer.

I can confirm MatteeG is staying retired up at Flagstaff.

Great pick-up for EFC, a quality player and club person. I also believe he still the current sponsor for the Clubroom Balcony....

Those are clearances to Edwardstown so they can play in the SFL rather than the MSJFL which is a condition of their entry in the SFL competition. This is a good thing (of course depends on what side of the fence you sit), as without it, Edwardstown would not be in the SFL this year.

I suspect these are automatic clearances and not signatures. I also doubt they would get kicked out if all the juniors defected to the rebel club. Would set a dangerous precedent.
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

So Edwardstown got the MSJFL Sporting Pulse login details back then?

Would have thought Automatic clearance as they have ceased their membership with the MSJFL and joined SFL?

I am suspecting those clearances are just the process to transfer those players from the Metro South database to the SFL database. If it was not a bulk script or similar I am sure that would have been a fun time for Malcolm!
