With all respect, Mr Footy, I think Blake shone out last year as a *class* player in a **** side !!! And I wouldn't have thought he had a weight problem if we were looking at the same player I reckon any good side (and a side trying to make good ... like ours) would welcome him ! I'd like to see how well he goes with good players around him

It's a pretty subjective question what one club considers throwing cash around might not be the same as another clubs idea.

People have told me they think WOS throw it around.

A comment from a 3rd party that WOS and another club were both after the same player WOS offered more than the other club were willing to spend. That's were it is subjective he might be worth that much to WOS but not the other club.

Admittedly that the player may have been full of it and trying to bump it up but who knows.

I don't discount that Morphies are willing to spend either as I heard a story about them last year as well.
