Vick is a bit of a surprise
As far as I know, he's not an ex-Fly. It's not Vick. The only reason I won't reveal who it is yet is because he's yet to inform his old club. Stay posted, as this will happen in the next couple of days
So here's the riddle then. If he's not an ex-Fly and he's a premiership player in the SFL and assuming he's not 40 years old, then he must be from Morphett Vale, Brighton, Happy Valley or Noarlunga. And the Vikings have been ruled out, so that only leaves Emus, Bombers or Shoes.
Impressive powers of deduction
No. Took me 8 hours and a calculator.

You are still all wide of the mark but I am impressed by your efforts. As a reward, I invite those of you who have placed a guess to share a butcher of light beer with me at the top bar during the first quarter of RFC's first home game of 2016. You'll need to pay your own entry fee at the gate and cover 95% of the cost of the beer but I'll stump up for the other 5%

Good to see that true Winefly hospitality and generosity is still part of the culture there.

That's the one, Spot On.

Not sure exactly as to points. I think Reynella have 10 points and have now used 8

Who have you signed? Noarlunga seam to have been very active.

Very active?
Yes as every year this is a busy period for review of coaches ,players , admin and general governance of the club.

With Bazz on board he has been very active meeting with the squad one on one and also been part of review of current and potential coaches.

As for playing group the boys are all on board from 2015 with some quality 0 point lads returning .

OME I believe you lads will enter the world of points and will not be able to sell any ? (didn't the delegates vote to share your votes to the clubs ;) )

What?? Morphett Vale don't use points, they wear it as a badge of pride - surely not?[/quote

Have to put that badge away for a while.
Due to the fact we have been the breeding ground for a number of years now we need to use some points to keep up with the competition.
Plus our junior program is not as good as it was.[we will fix that.]

Hear they outbid Noarlunga for Iljescen from Victor (didn't come cheap), Hodge returning for a healthy pay packet and Loveridge from Lonsdale was the other one I heard. Should be right around the mark the Emus.

Hodge pay packet not as healthy as he could get else where. Morphett Vale was always going to be his last club.
We didn't out bid Noarlunga for Iljescen he wanted to play with Hodge and he wanted to be closer to home.
Loveridge wanted to play for a division 1 club.
Greenbank wanted to play with Hodge as well, we offered him a few dollars but he wanted plenty more. Reynella can have the greedy F.rick

Cash versus playing with your mates? Could have had both, but chose the dollar$.

There are some things I will never understand, choosing cash over playing with your mates/former club is one of them.

Money really does make the world go round.

Out of say the 300 lads who will play A grade footy next season in the SFL, how many do people think play purely cash versus playing for the club/with your mates?
