rocks a mclaren man through and through - we all know it.

thats ok rock - no offence, just keep recruiting and doing your bit ....... good luck !

seriously though word is, the flies are sorting through committee issues and are making a turn for the better. Plenty of good lads are becoming involved down there which is important. yes we will miss sitters, and rocket has been a tremendous servant of the club, but I think the flies will be aroound the mark for sure in 08. i wouldnt blame milo if he left aswell, who wouldnt want that extra income. you cant play footy forever.

the morphies cricket / football situation is an interesting one??...

Is this true about rocket & Jimmy heading to Torrens Valley?? Wonder who their ties are up there. Would imagine rocket would love the heavy tracks of the hills league each week.

No word on the pigs coach yet, i hear a short list is to be finalised by the end of next week. Think some names include Porter, Cameron and Burgess, but that is only rumours i have heard.

Indian... we're in a drought and most of the Hills ovals now have A1 drainage particularly Central Divsion. Other than a few dodgey ovals you really can't seperate the condition of them from SFL or GSFL.

I know Lonsdale have been having non-compulsory training for the last month or so. Apparently getting decent numbers?

I guess fitness is an area they identified as needing improvement.

Also hear they're looking to recruit a couple players too, mainly a ruckman their after i'm fair sure.

Actually haven't heard anything like that? I wouldn't know the ins and outs of the club though only hear through mates that play there.

If they were to be kicked off M/V HS then they should hit up Sullies FC again, best facilities getting around.

With an election looming the government aren't giving out many details of what is going to happen to Morphett Vale High School. At this stage it's a a bit of a wait and see as to what happens to the school and the ovals.

A potential alternative has been identified, but obviously if they can they'd prefer to stay where they are.
