were you at preso's? i heard he was coaching the 16s, 18s and A Grade..

Is he giving up his fulltime job? That would be a more than full time position in any club at any level.

Great passion but might be biting off more than he can chew - Hope it works for both Martin and Hackham.

I think he is coaching U18s and A grade

Keam has been coaching ALL grades at Marion this year I believe ! Yep, it does take great passion (and a small dose of insanity maybe) but it's a good way of developing a struggling club, with a consistent message and coaching style.

Got to admire anyone who takes on the tough jobs, and particularly if they go to that sort of extent.

You get the feeling that Marty Clifton could be the man to finally take the Hawks up the ladder by really focusing on the local youth. They will need some help with the right recruits but good luck to him and the Hawks in 2012.
