They were impressive, they played against our combined Cs/Bs/U18s and definately held there own against bigger bodies. Match ended in a draw i reckon. Your U18 coach seemed like a good bloke too.

How are the Sharks shaping up for 2008? Did you guys win a game last year? What happened to Tommy Roberts and Phil Barnard?

Adam's brother Brett is staying at Sharks next year, Adam coaching Meadows but I doubt he would pinch our players, also can tell you 95% players signed contracts before our last game in round 18, keen to stay.
Tommy Roberts headed back to Vic 2 months ago, lives in Echuca, Phil Barnard lives in England, has since about 2003.

Good to see the Sharks improving. I thought I read here that Brett was off to Yankalilla

Didn't Waldo pinch Bubbles and Rosa to Tants?

Yeh, Rosa cameback this year for Sharks, Bubbles played Tant but worked in Sydney most of the year, he's said playing Aldinga next year though, got a flag at Tant so he's happy. Always a spot for an extra ruckman if you keen to return Andy

Brett to Yank was a gee up, was supposed to be funny but apparently Yank committee didn't think so

Council wants hockey and netball to have facilities, may combine with footy club / extend. Only whispers atm. Obviously the footy club is stand alone atm,few things to consider.

Be good to have more involvement between local sports.

Yeh Wed (tonight) is meet n greet the new players and coaches 6.30pm, Thurs I laugh at you in netball skirt :D
Just trying to source some red boots for next year as Lynchy told me I've definitely got a forward pocket spot for next year easing into retirement.

Have to crumb off Harty on the odd chance he doesn't grab it, very rare but hopefully get a couple.
