D.Frahm T.Rosewall D.Reavill

S.Mckenzie ? B.Moore

1st INT
M.short M.Bode
T.Johnstone L.Shrive
S.Dean B.Bayley

I know there's a few question marks but at what I've seen this yer that'd be pretty close to MY favourite, not really sure about a full back yet been a few who have stood out.
Gonna need a good full back to help out Moorey out of a back pocket I'm sure he'd love me if I was his coach

Good effort Fox, but id probably have a few different.

I think Browny for Christies mainly plays on the wing so id turf him out of the FP and replace him with Milo who doesnt really play at CHF. Into CHF id throw Scotty Mackenzie. I dont really rate Ramsey and am always fascinated on how he makes the State championship side. When was the last time he performed against one of the top sides? Also, give him a clip around the ear and you wont see him for the rest of the game.

Wes Bilney is a great selection and has easily been Marion's best this year. Not sure about young Veide as I have not seen him this year.

Frahm must have done something against you boys this year, as all the years I have played against him, he has been nothing short of rubbish. More worried about TRYING to intimidate the opposition than the ball!

I would also replace D. Reavill with Ramsey up forward and Ben Moore with Dean in the guts.

Well, that's my opinion anyway.

Axle and Mex are right, and it is the same as the AFL Phanto. Think about it. If Week 1 goes to ladder position then Week 2 should always be 4 v 5 and 3 v 6. It it stays on ladder then Prelims are 1 v 3 and 2 v 4 which is only really done to create a cross over so there can be no repeat of finals opponents. This can only occur in GF it at all.

Only one Brighton player in Team of the Year ? I could state a case for a few others but probably proves the evenness of our group and the fact that some of you blokes and your clubs haven't been doing your homework.

Shaping as a great finals series with wins between the top 5 being shared around a bit. The losers on Saturday can't be written off. In 2004 MV and BB both lost in week 1 but still played off in GF !!!

You Fly boys may remember the Bombers kicking 2-20 in their losing Qualifying Final at Bice.

R Schimanski C Smith A Platten

Schimanski missed alot of the season but never gives his opponents an inch did a great job on N Bayly last week cant think of a better genuine back pocket please fell free to inform me of a better candidate.
Bradshaw been in good nic just missed to many games and the young Hackham lad standout against ALL sides for the Hawks.
Could have more from many clubs. The year Schynder from Cove has had is worthy of a mention too. Him and M Reavill will cost Vick the medal stealing all his votes.

Its a lost cause with some of these blokes....their bias and ignorance has astounded me over the years.... 1 bomber in the team is just another example...Ben Brookman and Craid Statham would easily make the best 21 this year......

I reckon I actually agree with you there hotdogs, brookman and statham have both been quality players this year from what Ive seen and heard.

On another note how many from these sides mentioned above played in the association game. would be good to see some of the above sides taking on the amatuers. in an open age game. although it will never happen for lots of reasons.
Beat the whites of eggs with a pinch of salt until stiff...Continue beating, gradually adding sugar, vinegar and vanilla, until of thick consistency.

Morphy parks are no chance. they are "knock ,knock, knocking on heavens door" one would say.

I disagree Lova, I'm with Axle and think the Twisties are some sort of chance against Porties most definately, especially if the Cockledivers are messing around trying to put players thru their C grade. I recall Morphies Magic saying they are expecting players back, and they have pulled some surprise results this season at full strength.

Stick to your comedy lines thanks CT, what a rediculous posting, "put players through their C grade", this comment alone shows how far off the mark you are,to even consider this scenario shows your level of intelligence when it comes to "serious" football matters,we at the OnkaStinky are very much looking forward to taking on the Roos and are even looking forward more to taking on the loser of the Emus/Vikings which we have performed well against this year,I'm tipping another Prelim appearance for the Divers and once we're there who knows what may happen.
