Could be jono, but with the big oval and windy conditions i dont necessarily think it has to be a tall,so im a bit with tatts on this one and think it could be sum1 from left field.I guess only time will tell.

Time to lighten things up a bit.

I've just heard that in addition to face painting on Saturday they are also having games for the kids, including Pin the Ponytail on the Trainer and the SFL Tribunal Lucky Dip.

At Half-Time they'll also be announcing the winner of the SFL lookalike competiton. Contenders are:

No. 16 Joralafsky - Davey from Romper Stomper
Craig Warman - The leather guy from the Village People
Kym Ursino - Art Garfunkel
Malcolm Martin - Danny De Vito
The BBQ bloke from the Shoes - The BBQ bloke from Flaggies
Milo McKeough - Uncle Fester
Cove Trainer - Heidi
SFL Ump Jensen - AFL Ump McLaren
SFL Ump Perrey - Robbie Flower

I welcome any other lookalike suggestions.

I'm just glad I don't have to eat my shoe.

Bit sick of still hearing all the crap from the weekend, let it go boys. Grandy this weekend, those in it i'm sure don't care about a few sour words had, that's footy. Those that are out.....speaks for itself and is the reason you are still going on. BDOS have had a great year and yeah they are not grand finalists but they do have a great list and snagged the medal so all is not lost I'm sure. Move on boys.

FOX,
I think BDOS and any club would be much happier with a GF APPEARANCE let alone a win. All may not be lost but a Mail Medal is no were near anything to write home about for a club. Good on the guy for winning but it’s a personal honor. It doesn’t help that it’s voted for by the umpires, cough, cough either. And as I said before never known one who knew much about football let alone players.
I’d say a team’s list may be something to keep your hopes up for but I wonder if they can keep it together and if its got some youth in it, or coming into it from their juniors otherwise they could end up out of the running all together in 09.

On the crowd argument you’re sick of, there is 420+ pages of discussion on this forum I don’t think its gonna run out of room soon, if you don’t want to read about it skip the posts and move on. I guess the crowd arguments are more interesting than the Mail Medal for some of us. Sorry if the Medal dosen't get my pecker up like you.

Think you may have miss read me about Bush Boy. I was only stating a few facts as an outsider, I was not at the game on the weekend nor am I a Brighton supporter or player. Just think it went on long enough with all the he said she said thats all. Think you made a few presumptions when maybe a bit of self educating might have helped you on this one. All I was saying is that I rate Brightons list and yes all though the Mail Medal is an individual honour I still would be very proud if one of my team mates won it.

And I believe the injured Morphies player would be Zaluski with a broken collarbone so they are looking closely at another Joraslfsky in the side.

Morphies by 8 points for me.

By what you lot have been saying all year shouldn't that be re-signed?

Looks like most of the "utter garbage" that we spoke of all year may have had some merit.

ROFL @ the SFL ump/Barry 'Cougar' Dawson comparison - will have to keep an eye out for him!

My tip for GF - Cove by 12 pts. After Morphies' shellacking of Brighton I think I might've picked the losing side, but I've still got this feeling that Cove will pull it off. (Although, this is the same feeling that led me to pick Melbourne for the AFL premiership in 2007, so could be something malfunctioning there.)

Some good ones in there DTH. I saw a guy running arond in the Reynella Mcgoos who has serious colour work done on his arms. Had to double check it wasnt Benji. And on that topic i believe that some of the emu supporters werent too keen on taking up the Brighton supporter on his offer for a fight on Sunday for fear that it was in fact Alphonse Gangitano....

I rekn the reynella a grade coaching position would be the hardest job going around. So all u blokes out there that think u can coach why not put ya hand up and get ya self a real challenge. That club needs a massive culture change as M/Vale did when Pottsy took over.I rekn that club needs a long term plan, needs to clear out some of these so called gun players start all over fresh with players that will bend over backwards for the guernsey. As said before they need to do the exact same thing as wot M/Vale did about ten years ago.I would love to know how many different a grade coaches has reynella had in the last 10 years.
