The Onkaparinga Council has just done an Audit on Ovals within their Council Area.
Only know one result
McLaren Oval is the softest of all 16 ovals tested....and it is pretty hard as our bore pump has only just been replaced after not working for a couple of weeks.
Noarlunga Oval is looking in pretty good nick.

I would be VERY interested to see how they rated Morphett Vale's..!!

I don't know if you'd be able to handle the scathing review it would receive Mex...

i see that matt graham from glenelg is no longer with the bays anymore,but is playing local footy now.can anyone at all shed some light on were he is playing next season,being a m/vale junior id like to think he is coming back but at the same time i know there is alot of cash being offered out there.

He tagged Nadsy on the way back from O/S..!! Will be there for 12 months, hopefully next year clopsy..!!

haha the farrier boys in the same team would be good to watch they have not played together yet !! reynella will finish better than we did last year the feeling amongst the boys is outstanding,the young lads are on fire and the older boys have not been this keen in as many pre seasons as they have done compared to this year, and had a beer with the returning number 12 i would say to the emus (nadilo) on sunday at the wakeboarding down the bay be good to see the man running around again come round one!

Will be good to have him back and by all reports he is very keen... His last game for the club resulted in a GF win and a BOG medal to go with it... Handy inclusion to an already strong midfield..!!

The big fella Shane Comer will be out of action for a while after having an accident on his m/bike yesterday.Currently in hospital with broken ribs broken sternum yesterday arvo had an op on knee and also has bleeding to the brain.
Spoke with him last night and he will be all good but out for a while.

All at the Shoe wish him well and a speedy recovery.

The lad that clipped his bike was none other than Jeff the MOOSE Colo.(what a small world)

I am pleased to imform all keen football supporters alike that Happy Valley's 20-20 football competition will be on again this year starting from 6th Feb!
At one stage the competition was looking like it was not going to be running with a team pulling out late in the piece, but with the competition will officially be going ahead with 4 fantastic teams, two of which brand new too the concept!

The teams are as follows:
Happy Valley Football Club;
Mount Lofty Football Club;
Flinders Park Football Club;
Sacred Heart Old Collegions.

As mentioned above the games begin on the 6th of Feb, with gates opening at 6PM and games at 8&9PM!
Admission is $2 and Bar and canteen facilities are available!

We hope to see as many supporters as we can packed into the ground to watch some awesome footy in preporation for a great season in 2009! Spread the word fellas and ladies! See you there!!!!

Does anybody know which radio station commentates selected A Grade games in the GSFL?
I have seen it before at a few games, but i cant remember what frequency or what the channel name is!
It would be great the have a Radio station commentate the game for all to listen to in their cars!
