From what we've heard up this way, they were football related. That was the problem.

But good luck with the appointment. Is he playing as well? Went OK against us this year with not alot around him.

I agree with Pag.

I heard something similar at the Shoe one day."HE DOES'NT GET ANOTHER KICK" and he didnt. (Marion ruckman back in 2002/3)

was his opposition ruckman that made sure he didn't get a kick wasn't it?

Correct
Probably one of the biggest acts of thuggery I have seen on a footy field.
No,just ask David Earl about Jock Murray?

Reg Pollard V Nick Selfe in one of the 80's GF's

Remember watching a game at the shoe a few years back against MV, was a cracking game with morphies just getting over the top. After the game Reg came over huffing and puffing about a couple of incidents that took place in the game. All of a sudden a loud voice shouted out 'watch out Reg here comes Selfe!' A few chuckles had by the crowd and quick look over the shoulder from Reg was quite funny and it all settled down soon after. Quite funny really.

I have heard a massive rumour that Ryan Mckee is looking hard at leaving, he has put himself in the SAAFL player bank and also rang up onky in the hills league looking for money. This could be a huge loss for christies next season lets hope it doesn't happen.

Candyman i am not sure you have all the right infomation. I will go on record now as saying as long as Fabian Francis and the playing group still think i can contribute to the Christies beach football club i will not be leaving. The rumours about onkas is that shane called me a few months ago asking about my plans for next year. I told him the truth like i told christies beach that i will not be back in country to early 2009 and therefore would not make a decision until then. However if i was a betting man (and i am) it will be christies beach strong favourite, Eastern park 15/1 and any other club 1000/1. I will never say never because a lot can change in 4 months just i hope to wear red black and white next year.

cheers

Are you talking about Bachmann? If so I believe you may have had one to many sherries before seeing him play, the guy is first class.

Think you will find he will be one of McLarens new recruits and not at the saints, he is leading them on and feel he wont put out when it comes to the crunch.
