Yawn, rather disappointing effort at a troll really.

Lonsdale oval is terrible, but your last suggestion zooman is one of the worst I've seen in a while.
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

I'm fair sure if any other club had to deal with the ongoing saga between MVHS/DECS and Lonsdale as Lonsdale have had to for the last few years then their oval wouldn't be too flash either... Why not save your critiscism until it actually affects you and that's only when you play on it! Zooman07 = tosser?

Handy player, especially for someone who wasn't brought up with a footy in his hands!

I think they moved the northern goals (sherriffs rd end) over a few metres to create a larger pocket near the opposition coaches box.

With the imposed water restrictions, the oval could use all the help it can get :D

Drove past the oval this arvo and noticed a few piles of soil around the ground, i take this as a sign that work is about to commence and the education dept is true to its word and doing something.

Yes Jamie Butterworth who takes care of Footy Park will commence work on the oval this week. He will be filling the cracks with loam, coring and top dressing the oval as well as more water going on. The oval should be looking very good in 4-6 weeks.

Nope, we have a lease with the education department so it is their responsibility to supply us with an oval in suitable condition to play football on.

You should ask for some money back on that lease for the last couple of years IMO.
