Would have to do some checking back, which I don't have tme to do right now.
However GSFL dominated the last six or seven years. Before that River Murray, Hills and Southern were almost even in three-way battle for most wins.
GSFL was catching up rapidly when the whole thing collapsed.

I for one love association footy. U meet great people, build relationships with people you otherwise wouldnt get the opportunity to as you are opponents all year etc etc.
Whether its done on the Saturday, maybe in a format of shortened 2x20 min halves (like the South Adelaide Carnival) with a final played that night or something?
At the moment we know the association weekend is broken, lets hope the league heads get together and fix it!

The Lovelock shield will not happen again. Clubs have too much self interest in their players.
