How'd you go?

I spent way more than I wanted but limited it to just over $100.

I just spoke to a mate of mine. He went to the Music Palooza and his mate spent over $1500!

So, I don't feel so bad. The stuff I got was stuff I wasn't exactly looking for but quote 'wanted' so I was happy.

I spent 2 hours there, but I must admit, I got caught up looking at records and lost track of time. It's that sort of set up!

I managed to be there early enough to beat the rush.

Mind you, it was busy enough.

I will save up for the next one

Semaphore Record Fair next Monday:

The next Semaphore Record Fair will take place on Monday the 1st of April (Easter Monday), at St Bede’s Hall, 200 Military Road in Semaphore from 9am to 4pm. The hall is located 20 metres south of the Semaphore Road / Military Road intersection in Semaphore (Adelaide) and entry is FREE.

This is a street level event, which enables easy access for wheelchairs, prams and other mobility aids.
Church volunteers will operate a small cafeteria providing food & refreshments.

40 traders will have 70 tables of stock for sale, including vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, books & magazines, music memorabilia and more.

One of the traders is a specialist stylus & music accessory supplier, who’ll be able to replace worn & damaged record player needles.

Please note that most traders only accept cash payment, however there is an ATM nearby located outside the IGA supermarket on the corner of Semaphore Road & Military Road.
