Re-Run in Renaissance Arcade have/had some.
Others that might (ring them to confirm), Twelve Inch at Wingfield, Mr V at Semaphore. I've been to both recently but can't recall if they had cassettes as I wasn't looking for them.

He does indeed stock a LOT of 2nd hand cassettes and CDs, but these are minimally organised. Mostly just boxes stuffed with 'em. This means one has to pore through the contents in the hope of finding something fun. This isn't a bad thing.![]()
The shop is chiefly a vynil (sic) store. These were well organised at the front of the premises.
However - he's planning to shut the shop soon and move to being entirely online. Because of this he is giving a massive discount on all stock - I think I heard 65% on the records. I walked out with a half dozen cassettes and a few CDS and paid only $5 for them. Giddy up!
