Hoodoo Gurus were ok, at best. A little bit of self indulgent crap during some overly long lead breaks and only on for just over an hour. Not sure they really wanted to be there.

The Lime Spiders....I can only assume they were good 25 years ago.
Left a little disappointed.

...and was hard to believe my ears, but, the pissed chap next to me who I figured doesn't get out very often yelled "I love the Hoodoo Gurus singer" between air guitar rifs.

Then asked me if Mrs Boon was my wife. .."yes, why's that mate?"..."you done well" he says.

Clown.

Yeah great song. Would love to see a Digitally Remastered version of Raise - Awesome album but very low volume sound

I read an interview recently with Brad Shepherd that there will probably never be another HG album as the last one in 2010 was so difficult to make due to clashes within the band when in the studio.

That would be AWESOME!

They'll be playing at The Corner Hotel in Melbourne when I'm over, I might have to check it out.

Mrs Lindner is an old friend of Mr Faulkner's going back to her punk days in Perth when Dave was in the Victims.
He is one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

I haven't seen them since they re-formed, but yes, 25 years ago they were bloody awesome live.

Excited for You Am I tonight, have seen them many times and they never disappoint, even the shows where Timmy was clearly hating everything ad everyone were good shows.
