I'll also be heading to Hotter Than Hell - Christmas present.
Considering going to the Iron Maidens, just for the gas.

Dammit, if I knew Grinspoon were playing later at 8.15 I would of bought a ticket when they came out but didn't as I thought it would be an afternoon gig with it starting at 3.30 and I would miss it because of cricket.Booney wrote:Racket 4:15 - 4:45

I'm too old, I struggle to sit on a stool in a front bar for 2 hours.
Back on subject though, the Silverados are live at the Halfway Hotel this Saturday night. Even if you don't like them the front bar has an awesome bar man on.

I'll be there bright and early and be on my feet rocking to it all.
I'll leave feeling old until Sunday.

Very interesting. Why the 'farewell'? Is Kerry King now too fat to get on a stage without it collapsing?
By the way, who's been filling Jeff Hanneman's spot on guitar since he departed this mortal coil? (and yes, I am too lazy to Google it).

It as Tom Araya who pulled the plug. Lost his passion for it after Jeff died, Jeff did a lot of song writing with him and it wasn’t the same without him.
