Mike Patton's first live show with Dead Cross:

Patton also just did a cool interview with Henry Rollins on his radio show too:

Been revisiting this one, a lovely combo of dance and death metal:

Considering it. The album above is the only one I'm familiar with at this stage though. post/instrumental rock generally always works so well live.

I don't know much about this band, but I keep hearing this song on an ambient internet radio station I listen to, and I really like it.

Regarding This Will Destroy You, their last couple of albums were very much in the ambient genre, while I tend to prefer their earlier work, which more resembled typical post/instrumental rock (but still featured ambient moments).

Awesome! I only saw them once late 90's at the Exeter Hotel at Semaphore it was a great gig the joint was absolutely packed you couldn't even get out of there if you wanted to. One concert I still regret not going too was Silverchair/Everclear/Testeagles at Thebby in '96, what a lineup.

It's a shame Testeagles seemed to just disappear off the face of the earth at the height of their popularity. I remember buying their Non-Comprehendus album twice just to get the two different version of bonus discs 'Rarities' and 'Just Another Bonus Disc' :)
