Ooh yeah, absolutely. I remember the first time I saw the Go Betweens on Rock Arena. I thought they were from another planet...possibly my first taste of a world outside of pub rock

Rock Arena was like going to another planet!!

That show openned my eyes to other types of music that was not so "mainstream".

Think its where I got my first taste of my favorite Aussie band "The Church".!!!

Saw it for the first time at the Glenelg FC disco (Lennies I think?) and the whole place just stopped and was in absolute awe of the spectacle being shown.
