Off the top of my head, here's a handful of my picks.
Bands/Artists: Pink, Cold Chisel, Foo Fighters (post- There Is Nothing Left To Lose, apart from Wasting Light), Coldplay, Birds of Tokyo, Parkway Drive (I only like one song), Ed Sheeran (although I respect his work), Kiss, Bon Jovi, Wolfmother, The Doors, Grinspoon (post-Easy).

Has Patton ever been wrong?
I think not.

Not everyone can be as creative as Patton or have the freedom to do what they want like him, carry on like that is akin to that flog Kanye. Bagging out muso's because you don't like their sound is arrogant. FWIW I can't stand Wolfmother but as a massive music lover who doesn't possess one iota of musical know how, I respect and am sometimes envious of musicians whether I like them or hate them.

Absolutely, if you don't like it you don't like it, dissing them to a camera makes Patton look pretty childish there.
FWIW, I own 3 FNM albums and 1 Wolfmother album.

I agree I'm a big Patton fan and own all but 1 or 2 of the 47,000 albums he's put out but this vid has always been a bit cringe worthy for me. I don't rate Wolfmother at all but attacking a band like this doesn't reflect well on him. Patton & FNM were big influences on the nu metal movement and bands like Korn & Limp Bizkit worship him/them so it's a bit hard to take a snobby musical elitist view when bands of that caliber love you.
If you're going to pay out on a band properly this is the way to do it though

Nick Cave. Not a bad musician or songwriter per se, but I just don't get why so many people go absolutely bananas over this guy.

I'll add Hilltop Hoods to this list. They're not necessarily bad, but I just don't see the hype.

I get why people might not like Nick Cave. But...he is Australia's greatest living poet and an amazing live performer. The epitome of the rock n roll survivalist.

Paul Kelly might have a decent claim on that tag...

Very subjective FC. None of those artists would be in my personal top 20, or even probably top 50. But they are someone’s favs.
