This is where his MPP will come in handy if you can't cover him off the bench (in his current position) this week.

Which means I have to make a decision, which of Howlett (MID) and Rockliff (FWD) will score highest!

Say you have Higgins in the Midfield. You have no bench cover for him in the Midfield, but you have someone sitting on the bench in your Forward line. You swap Higgins for a MPP Forward (such as O'Keefe/Goodes/Pavlich/Ziebell etc), he goes to your forward line (they go into your Midfield), and then you bench him and bring your F8 onto the ground.

I know it happened last year with either Harvey or Mitchell when they scored 0 in a game.

Here's hoping it does this year because Schmidt is my emergency and is going well at the moment.

I think they only bring in emergencies for scores of 0 once a player score 1 then he cant be subsituted.

Damn SC scoring system .... he didn't get a touch I don't think but somehow scored 2 points. Same thing happened to Drummond last year when he scored 3. And Seaby this year I think when he scored 3.

When Treadrea went off the ground injured the other week, he was 11 at half time, then dropped one point in the third quarter and 2 in the last quarter without being on the ground. I found that staggering!

In SC, players scores are weighted according to the context of the game.
If a player makes a difference when the game is to be won, their SC score will be higher than one that just "junks" up their stats when the game is all over.

So even if a player isn't on the field their match score can change.

For Kennely, I checked the stats on the AFL site and he apparently managed a "One Percenter" stat before being injured.
His 2 SC points must have been for that.
