'Richmond' aka Booney has done it ! After spending much of the season languishing near the bottom of the table a late season recovery has seen the 'Powerfools' finish a very Richmond like 9th.

Hogg Premier League Final

GRAND FINAL

Black Magic SCE 2,116
REBCats 1,811

Congratulations to Reuben aka Reignman aka Spartans aka Black Magic who is this season's Premier in the Hogg Premier League. Black Magic has been at or near the top all season long and always looked the likely premier. Black Magic's finals victims include GordonBlues who led the comp nearly all year long, the 2007 Premier Poon Army and myself in the Grand Final. Well done Reigny on a second strong showing in the Hogg Premier League.

Hogg Division I Final

GRAND FINAL

Squeakeroos_DTF 2,175
darcy DTF 2,153

The Squeakeroos have lived up to their name by Squeaking by darcy in the Hogg Division One Grand Final. The Squeaks burst darcy's bubble in the Qualifying Final and proved the result was no fluke by repeating the dose in the Grand Final. Both of these sides have been very strong with the Squeaks finishing the season very strongly after losing their way a little midseason. Congratulations to the Squeakeroos_DTF, the Hogg Division I premiers in 2009.

Hogg Division II Final

GRAND FINAL

REBCats vs. Hondos Hard Nuts

Hondo's Hard Nuts 2,208
REBCats 1,811

The REBCats failure was complete in the Hogg Division II Grand Final as Hondos Hard Nuts romped home by nearly 400 points in the Grand Final. Hondos score would have been good enough to defeat Black Magic and he has completed the nearly perfect season by winnin the Hogg Division II title. Now that Hondo has won our family league it is my sad duty to boot his arse out of here and put him in Hogg Division I next season. CoverKing and Q Man can put up with him! Congrats Hondo, the Hogg Division II Premier for 2009!

I was four defenders down and Drummond only lasted a half. There were a few non performers as well. Pretty much anything that could go wrong did. Even if I did have two trades for the Granny I still would have gotten rolled.
