Round 4 - Redemption or Consolidation Round

Postby Rik E Boy » Tue Apr 10, 2018 1:30 pm

Go at it folks. This round either makes a solid start, an even split or donuts after two. Unless some smart arse has a draw and bollocks it all right up.

They are playing funny buggers with Ryan at West Coast is it a 3 week or 10 week injury?

Didn't start with Ryan for a point of difference, had to trade him in last week to get his price rise & move Rayner on. Now has to be traded out after one week, hate burning trades so early!!

My team's in a lot of strife early.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

An expensive rook for the Lions was never a good move, my error on Dow was similar. I had Brodie initially but the Suns still haven't played him yet and brought in Dow at literally the last minute. I ended up using spare cash to upgrade Dow to Conigs. Ryan dead stiff and even stiffer for those coaches who have burnt two trades on that rookie spot and still haven't got the keeper.

Try having both Rayner and Dow... money well spent.. Trades are too precious to rid these blokes just yet so have held on to my trades... my biggest mistake was selecting Zorko instead of Coniglio.. Got on Coniglio at $67 for the brownlow though so something to be cherry about.

What to do with Zerret dropped 85k last week and has another huge BE this week, if I didn't have Dow, Clark, Barry, Bradshaw and Ryan he would be gone without hesitation. Also started with Rampe. Do over required

Released Ryan, was tossing up between Jack Henry and Ratogolea to occupy the pine, you watch Henry go poo-gack now.

ended up keeping Ryan as my loophole option and keeping my trades.

all my players are still playing still except Ryan now so I'm not too worried... holding onto trades has ALWAYS been my issue so trying real hard not to at this stage...

So dirty right now...

Murray as Emergency in defence and i have Fogarty and Stephenson on the bench in my forwards, but chose Fogarty as my emergency! Grrr...
