Round 5 Women and Children First!

Postby Rik E Boy » Tue Apr 16, 2019 12:19 pm

After last weekend's cluster**** there might be some serious rearranging of the deck chairs on various Titanics going down around the place. My team sucked arse on the weekend with only my Bluebaggers saving me from a sub 2000 score but it still wasn't enough for me to get the four points in any of my leagues.

For teams like mine it's hard to argue against the inclusion of a Cripps, Neale, Whitfield, Grundy or Boak who has emerged as fwd premo after being played out of position by Kern for years. I probably need to bring in one of the missing but my team has that many holes in it right now you make spaghetti.

So to panick and upgrade or sit tight and preserve...that is the question. Not just facing me but a few others in the same ship....ICEBERG DEAD AHEAD! At it here folks.

regards,

REB

Is there a website to find breakeven projections without needing to join SC Gold?

Poor management from "The Bye", stuck with 4 mids in my forward line and no fwds in the midfield.

Trying to offload a fwd/ruck and a mid for a fwd/mid and a mid but still can't get a DPP in the guts.

I suppose it's irrelevant just yet while we're still cash cowing.

And for the first time this year my opponent doesn't have him, after he destroyed me in the last 2 rounds :(

Hopefully you bought in Whitfield too, REB ;)

Yep, lucky I had Bines to move FWD and retain loophole option. OBrein is a better cash cow than any forward currently available, He will be handy to have in the bye rounds before off loading

ROB in my side as well as Sidney Stack. Hopefully a bit of coin to be made from those 2.

Pretty happy with Petrolchelly's ton. Got Shitterfield's donut on field so I can Parker my Saint rookie on the bench.
