Quick! It's round 6!

Postby Rik E Boy » Tue Apr 23, 2019 12:02 am

Not much time to blink boyos. Don't forget to get your ducks in a row early this week as the Tigers might be rolling out a few bubble boys on Wednesday night in the form of Ross and Baker. Quick! It's Round six!

Difficult round due to the early start - any trades involving Richmond and Melbourne players need to be done before most of the teams and Sunday squads are announced

JS for Baker and Ross a real worry. I think Ross is especially vulnerable when Cotchin comes back and the Tigers have a lot of players similar to Baker. With downgrade options thin on the ground can you afford to let these Tigers go tonight?

Cotch out for at least another 2 weeks, maybe more. Baker has managed to hold his spot with Riewoldt coming back in, so you would think moving forward that 2 of Ross, Baker and Stack will hold their spots.

There is little else around at either end, so cash in whilst you can I say and upgrade the bookends whilst churning through the midfield rookie options.

It's still way early for upgrades unless their is a premium on the cheap as most mid rookies still have some milking to do...

Footywire is great because it gives you the option to list any players you like to monitor their stats...

Here are my rookies and their BE for this week... plenty of room for most of them!Image

I didn't get Stack or ROB so I ended up bringing in both Tigers tonight. Got 80 out of both and a similar score for Hore too. Add a 145 VC score for Gawn and even Brayshaw scoring 90 and it's not a bad start for the REBCats.

Most of 2019 has seen Moore on 40-50 at HT, then go doormant for a quarter.

FFS!

He isn't a keeper and a decision might need to be made soon. A handy stepping stone to a defender or forward keeper.

Not a hell of a lot of milking to do on many. Scott, Burgess, Parker not making much coin and the downgrade options are very thin on the ground. Last week two handy ones and this week another two. Then what? Not much point holding on to Parker for 8k when Baker could generate 60k this week. Burgess and Scott omitted this week as well.

Without a doubt, but converting 70's into 90+ scores gets me there quicker ;)

If he's getting ninety every week you're going to hold for longer. At least I didn't pay 535 for Westhoff!
