Good win, they worked a lot harder than they would of wanted to against 10 men.
but 3 wins from 3 games is a great start

I was testing a mate all through the game and oddly when we went down 1-2 I said I reckon it could be a good thing (sounds crazy I know) .. But we started to attack again after a bit of a down period.

Top result, no doubt Dutchy and DA et al would have loved it at Hindy tonight!!

Great win and a great game to watch, I thought it was a really good team effort last night and good to see Rudan back.

now my question as a novice in this sport

how the hell did a team who finished bottom in the domestic league, win 3 from 3 and actually scoring goals to go along with that, in what would be against much stronger opposition??

Well the squad has changed since the end of the season and we have bought in new players which have change the squad and style of play completley also Adelaides style of play suits the Asian Champions League however it doesnt suit the A-league and the reverse applys for Melbourne. They are playing the ACL the way they play A-league and they are bottom of there group and there is one thing that has changed big time with Adelaide the squad has confidence amongust themselfs, including the last 2 games of the A-league Adelaide has now won 5 in a row.

Also with it looking like we arent gonna lose our other (and i say this next word to describe them losely) strikers (llyod and cristiano) we should get someone to partner van dyjk, seeing that the club loves south americans was thinking maybe we should go for José Luis Villanueva he is currently out of contract and hasnt got a club, some of you may remeber him for bunyodkor or kurvachi the uzbek team we played the semi finals of the 2008 acl campain, he also didnt to bad in the uzbek league scoring 25 goals in 28 games for them, Just a thought.

FT Sanfrecce Hiroshima 1 - 0 Adelaide United

played terrible in the first half, had some good chances in the second half to equalise, oh well still top of the group and still got 2 games to play.

Watched the game upstairs at the Elephant. Both sides had their chances to score - Sanfrecce dominated the first half and Adelaide the second. The Sanfrecce goal was a bit soft but Adelaide tried their hardest to get one back but fell short. :(
