Todays Advertiser has an article stating that Adelaide are close to signing Hernadez from Victory and that he could be wearing Reds colours next week. An interesting signing if it comes off.

Also mentioned we missed out on Burns from AEK Athens who will be joining the K-League.

Can't believe I got scammed at the soccer last nite....

Lining up to buy a ticket and a couple of "I-talians" come up to me and ask if I want a cheap ticket. Always one looking for a bargain I ask "how much?".......$20 the reply....look at ticket seems a legite Ticketek ticket with United v Perth printed on ticket.....sold!

Proceeded thru ticket scanners @ gate and yep ticket doesn't work. I'm like WTF.....the blonde sweetheart at the gate then informed me this ticket is for Adelaide V Perth on the 4th March!!! After a couple of 'F' bombs I make way back to sales line looking for the mongrels but long gone with my $20!! So, purchase another $30 ticket at sales window....cheers $50 in the hole before I get in the gate!!

My question is I looked at the schedule and United are to play Perth on Thursday 1st March and not Sunday 4th March. Was there a schedule change or have I well and truly been sold up the river?

there has being a schedule change. That game was the 4th and IS now to be played on the 1st as AU have to travel to Tashkent to play their opening ACL game on the Tuesday
