Things went downhill after they won the title in 94. They spent the next 10 years unfortunately working their way out of the NSL.....

adelaide city still exist, they play out of the old "ram park" at oakden in the sa premier league, have mori as a coach IIRC and are completly different to the reds. During further expansion of the league in the years to come they may get a jersey, but atm united are there to unite the adelaide soccer community and on the whole have done a good job of this. There will always be sooks and whingers who have all the answers but over time things will change and better results will come.

The Adelaide United back line have the comined skills of a stobie pole. Will owner Nick Bianco be looking at selling the club the man does not like bad press im tipping a few heads will roll???

My info tells me he would love to sell it and has been trying to offload for a while.
So much so that because it's costing him a fortune, all Bianco sponsorship has ceased, his son in law has been sent back to do what he's paid to do, manage Bianco's business affairs and keep his nose out of Adel. United. The new property (land only) at Gepps Cross is on the market and Bianco will lease back for his business. Money is tight, Nick's wallet is getting tight too!
