b4st4rds season 2009/2010

Postby johntheclaret » Fri Sep 25, 2009 9:30 am

This is the perfect story to kick off a thread about the lowest of the low who plays for the lowest of the low.

Everyone remembers Diouf. He's that nasty little git who spits on other players when they are down and spits into the crowd. Anyway, the little sh1t has been at it again. After being caught racially abusing a young Everton ballboy, he treis to worm out of it by claiming that the Everton fans threw bananas / a banana at him.

The FA have investigated and found no evidence. No suprise there then, but it just goes to show how low he is prepared to stoop.

Here's the story. It's a bit long winded, but gives a good insight into the racial problems that Everton have faced over the years, and why they are so incenced by his false allegations. Go get him Toffees

Everton hit back after 'outrageous' banana claim by Blackburn striker El Hadji Diouf

El Hadji Diouf turned to face a section of the Everton crowd. His feet firmly planted in the grass. His eyes staring back at the supporters. It was a reckless and foolish confrontation, but now the Senegalese striker finds himself going head-to head with more than a handful of angry supporters. He has taken on a whole club … and Everton are determined their good name will not be sullied.

That they yesterday reacted with such fury to Diouf's allegations is testimony to the strength of feeling at a club determined to eradicate the racist shadows in its past. Everton once had a reputation as serial offenders but they are now leading the way in trying to drive racism out of football. Everton are demanding an apology from El Hadji Diuof after the striker claimed the club's fans had racially abused him without any evidence

From John Barnes being photographed backheeling a banana over the touchline in a Merseyside derby at Goodison Park to Leicester lodging an official complaint about racist chanting from travelling Everton fans, the club have been plagued by bigotry among their support for longer than they care to remember.
Weary of being associated with an element who made Goodison a no-go zone for ethnic minorities, Everton's hierarchy resolved to clean up the terraces.

Club officials launched the initiative by touring areas such as Toxteth, addressing ethnic groups and coupling the offer of match tickets with an assurance they would be free of any harassment.
It was no empty promise, either. A crackdown on the bigots who infected Goodison Park even extended to making provision for help to be at hand, anywhere in the ground, at the click of a mobile phone button.
The club has formalised its position by setting up the organisation 'Everton Against Racism' and establishing a club policy dedicated to 'keeping racism and hooliganism out of football' and upholding 'the principles of anti-racism and equal opportunities in all dealings'.
In the dock: Diouf faces a Police probe after allegedly racially abusing a 14-year-old ball-boy at Goodison
Explaining the main plank of their campaign to rid Goodison of racism, director of communications Ian Ross said: 'It was basically a two-pronged attack. On the one hand, we did everything we could to drive out the racists, and on the other, we tried to encourage people of all colours and creeds to come along to games. Merseyside is a diverse, multicultural area, with so many ethnic groups, yet they didn't feel they could attend. We'd go to Toxteth, and people would tell you they didn't think they could go to a game because they were black. We really do take an extremely serious view of racism, homophobia and bad language, particularly in front of children."

Controversy has followed Diouf throughout his seven years in England since his £10million move to Liverpool from Lens.
In March 2003, he was widely condemned for spitting at Celtic supporters during a UEFA Cup tie at Parkhead. Despite being given a two-match ban, fined two weeks wages by the club and £5,000 by the Glasgow Sheriff Court, he clearly hadn't learned his lesson.
As a Bolton player, he was fined £500 in November 2004 for spitting at an 11-year-old Middlesbrough fan. Just weeks later, his club fined him a fortnight's wages and banned him for three matches after he was shown spitting at Portsmouth captain Arjan de Zeeuw.

Further notoriety followed at the start and end of 2005, on and off the pitch. In January, his blatant dive helped Bolton beat Blackburn. His manager, Sam Allardyce, admitted the striker had been doing it all his life. At the end of that year Diouf was banned from driving for 12 months after being found guilty of a drinkdriving offence.
No one should under estimate just how vile it is for a black footballer to be goaded by a crowd over the colour of his skin. But neither should anyone underestimate Everton's determination to force an apology out of Diouf unless he can prove he was indeed abused by their supporters.

It just seems to me that diouf, Allardyce and b4st4rd rovers make the perfect threesome in a two bit brothel

b4st4rds manager Allardyce was having a bleat this week about how they should be allowed to get the Man U game postponed as all his team are sick.

I seem to recall Boro having a flu problem a few years back and deciding that they weren't going to play the game, at b4st4rds of all teams. b4st4rds kicked up a stink, the FA weren't happy and docked Boro 3 points for the game and a further 3 points for not fielding a side. Boro went down that year.

God I hope history repeats itself.

Myah, we have swine flu going through the side. We played, without whinging (like you), because we had a commitment to the FC (because it was short notice to get the game postponed), we lost (badly), move on. If this game is postponed, fair enough but it wont affect the result.

I'm watching the Blackburn v Bolton game (well it's on in the background while I work) and saw a house parked in front of the Bastards goal.

Now that I've looked back, that house is wearing a jumper with the name 'Robinson' on the back. WTF happened to Robbo? He looks like he ate Pascal Chimpompa. Twice. And then ate Big Sam Allardyce for dessert.

I really wish he didn;t play for such a shit club though.
