Carra certainly didn't choose to attack the Kop end in the first half Bulldog, King will have won the coin toss and opted to turn us around. In the end it didn't matter but if the skipper get's the choice by virtue of winning the coin toss, he will attack the Anny Rd end first half every time. Most opposition skippers tend to choose the Anfield Rd end as they believe it's better to take the Kop out of the equation in the second half. There have been many late goals 'sucked' into the net by Kopites over the years.

Great win this morning. We were all over Fulham for the entire 90 mins.
Gareth Bale FINALLY won a game in which he started. And was MOTM in doing so. Watch out - Gareth looks absolute class at the moment.

Even David Bentley had a good game.

Poor old Mark Schwartzer. He had a tough outing. He was poor in Spurs first goal and was then dudded completely by a HUGE deflection from David Bentley's free kick.

Luka Modric is world class. He is on another planet in terms of ability, and that's saying something about Bale, who IMO was better than Modric.

What's happened to Jermain Defoe? He's completely lost it. He seems happy to just wander around, not work back from offside, not hassle defenders and is not getting into the right channels to be fed by Modric and Huddlestone. Very disappointing in 2010 Jermain.

Also, big thanks to Mick McCarthy and Wolves for keeping us in the hunt for 4th with a draw v Liverpoo. Cheers lads.

Spurs have signed Eidur Gudjohnsen on loan until the end of the season.

This would have been a great signing if it was 2004, but it's 2010. He may be a good experienced player, but I'm not expecting much from him.

You only signed him because Arry heard WHUFC were in for him. EG had already had a medical at west Ham, Arry is a bitter old sod ;)

What a terrible weekend for Spurs. Back to the spineless weak performances of season's past, where we can look brilliant for 80 mins then go to sleep for a minute or so and BANG - it's all over.

Our top 4 aspirations are down the toilet now IMO. And as disappointing as that is to admit, we don't deserve top 4.

The Top 4 dont:

Lose to Stoke at home after battering them for 90 mins.
Lose to Wolves at home after battering them for 90 mins.
Draw with Hull at home after battering them for 90 mins.
Go from being 2-0 up at Goodison Park against a struggling, injury ravaged Everton side to finish 2-2.
Go from 2-0 up against Villa at Villa park and battering them for 75 mins to finish 2-2.
Go from dominating Brum for 80 mins and leading 1-0 to conceding a pathetic late goal and drawing 1-1 in stoppage time.

Spurs are the stoppage time conceding kings. There's no one real weakness, it's just brain fades by various individuals - on Saturday it was Corluka being a spectator. Against Everton it was Dawson, Wolves was Gomes, Stoke was Bassong.

I guess as a consolation, we can look forward to playing Liverpool in the pretend Europe next season. Yay!

Haven't heard that, but I have heard that he could be on his way to West Ham on loan for a 1m fee, plus his full wages of 70k per week.

That would be outrageous if true.

It's funny, 2 years back I almost had a tear at Keane being sold. Now I'm jumping for joy at the prospect of his complete inability to do anything good these days being lent to the Spam. Please oh please!!!!!

On foxtel they had an interview with Harry Kewells personal manager about his injury, he then went on to say (jokingly) that Harry was angry with himself for talking the turkish side up to Robbie Keane who had rang him about what the club/area and so forth is like. And that with Robbie set to join it will take alot of hard work for Harry to get himself back in the starting eleven.

Yeah they have replayed that interview over and over again... getting a bit sick of seeing Bernie Mandic to be honest!

Now he is off to Celtic on loan, pretty rare to see a club's skipper leave for a loan deal but I guess he wasn't playing too often.

Hayy and Robbie are different players though.

Robbie is more of a link up player up front and in the centre of the pitch.

Harry is better on the wing than right up front.

yeah totally agree completly different players, his comments were tongue in cheek, i think it had more to do with the fact galatasary are apparently signing a few players at the moment.

On reflection, I've been a bit harsh to Robbie in my last few posts.

Keano is definitely a Spurs legend and will be remembered for a long time for scoring more than 100 goals in our colours.

While his form has waned terribly this season and generally since returning from Anfield, he was part of the group that raliied last season to help Spurs stay up.

I'll never forget his goal against Chelski in the league to make it 4-4 after being 4-1 down. Or his special goal Against Arsenal in the 5-1 thrashing.

Goodbye Robbie. Thanks for the memories. Good luck at Celtic.

For all the shit Liverpool copped for buying and then selling Robbie back for slightly less, they've probably done alright to cut their losses as they did.

That said, he would most likely have received plenty of game time this season.
