Unfortunately as DA said Soccer is a distant second in this Rugby mad city, their crowds are poor and their travelling support is virtually non existant. Cant see you coming back for a while if you go down although you never know. You have had a good stint compared to some of the other promoted sides over the years. Dont give up just yet though, still a lot of points left in season and I wouldnt be suprised if it comes down to the last week

I think Martinez knows we're done. Look for more youth to get a run in coming months.

Really rate Gomez, Rodallega and Di Santos, going to be hard but a couple of decent results and you just never know. Unfortunately QPR sacked Warnock and usually a team lifts for a new manager, so you copped them at a bad time. Think your next couple are hard but your run home isnt bad

The two free kicks in the QPR v Wigan game were superb as well.
Come to think of it, all four goals were pretty damn good.

As for relegation, we have no more "stars" in our line-up.
Some up and comers in Di Santo, Rodallega, Watson and Jordi Gomez (to an extent).
Ali Al-Habsi (GK) is by far our best player.
Our line-up used to include Antonio Valencia, Leighton Baines, Henri Camara, Charles N'Zogbia, Paul Scharner amongst others I can't think of.
Now we have......nothing.......and not a hope in hell of attracting anyone half-decent at the foot of the table. We are done!

I'm sure you guys had Jimmy Bullard too at one stage - he was one of my favs before he left Fulham chasing some coin - was quality at fulham and played a big role in them staying up in 08... funny bastard too, seemed to enjoy his footy.

Good win by fulham this week with Dempsy scoring a hatrick - first yank to score one in the EPL - surely one of the most underated players in the comp... his last couple of years have been fantastic

You never know. Thought his wife loved living in London. Its always hard keeping players if your not playing in CL though. A guy of his ability needs to be playing at the highest level and it doesnt look like Arsenal will qualify now

Dempsey is quality, no doubt. A shining light but more often the provider than the scorer. Zamora really shone too.

Jim Bullard, Bullard
He's fitter than Frank Lampard,
He's better then Steve Gerrard
jim Bullard, Bullard!

Hahaha, i loved Jim. One of the good guys of football IMO - always had a smile on his face. His goal celebration while at Hull the week after Phil Brown sat the Tigers on the pitch after the game and gave them a bollocking was absolute class.

I always wondered how far he could have gone without all the chocking injuries he picked up.

He wants to come to Spurs. He see's all the chances created by Bale, Lennon, VDV, Modric, BAE and Walker and can't resist.

Let's hope he comes on a free too.

IMO, with Van Persie, we'd win the league for sure.

I got up for the match this morning and even though we lost I wasn't overly disappointed we were beaten. What got up my nose was this. When Wenger made the sub to take off Oxlade-Chamberlain, I'm not sure what his reasoningly behind it was but they way the fans acted towards Arshavin was darn right disrespectful and still can't get over it. To start booing a player who has been low on confidence for a good minute was pathetic regardless of how he's been playing. How would you feel if 60k fans were booing you. And then to blame him for losing is just ridiculous. There is so many what ifs in sport that you cant blame one moment like that. How do people know that that wouldn't of happened if Ox was still on? I know believe Van Persie will leave, Arsenal should of gotten at least 7 points form those 3 losses but instead came out with 0. Arsenal have been throwing up mediocrity for at least 4-5 seasons now and enough is enough. If Wenger was more active in the transfer I believe Fabgregas would of stayed for that bit longer and maybe Nasri, in the end who wants to play for a big club that hasn't won anything for 6 seasons? If something doesn't change we will see more of our players leave. We need a manger that's ruthless in the market and addresses our weaknesses. Maybe its time for a chat with Jose Mourinho

Mourinho was on Spanish TV a few weeks ago saying how he would love to come back to the EPL but only if the United job comes up. Recent rumours suggest Fergie will pull the pin at the end of the 2013/14 season so you just never know.

I watched the game and the booing came when Ox was announced as being withdrawn, dont think they were booing Arshavin. Wenger cocked up majorly. Arshavin wasnt the only one at fault for the goal, Song ran away from the ball and Mertesacker is just a plodder. BTW didnt have to be a lip reader to see what RVP thought of Wenger's decision to take off Ox.

Yeah, but surely you aren't putting Arsenal in Utd's class?

Jose to Utd would make sense.
Jose to Arsenal would be left field.

If Citeh pay 150m for Bale, they'll surely fail UEFA fair play rules.
Couldn't blame Bale for going either. He could buy the rest of the THFC with his sign on fee.
