Lehmann shouldn't have been sent off because Blackpool scored from the advantage, a bit like the Champs League Final except the ref in that game got it wrong by sending Lehmann off and awarding a penalty despite a goal being scored.

Arsenal should have given away a penalty which would have made it 2-2 though, Koscielny committed two horrendous tackles and could have easily been sent off. It seems that United aren't the only team to benefit from dodgy refereeing. ;)

but the difference is i can admit when lehmann should have been sent off. I agree...disgraceful challenge and should have been red!. Yet when your team receives a soft penalty example at west ham you seem to point out the benefits to suit Man Utd on that decision and you cant see through the thick air that it was a soft soft soft penalty. ;)

Not a difficult game when you have the ref on your side!!!!
How the hell did lehmann stay on? Should have been straight red and with no keepers on bench it would have been a differant game. Also blatant penalty 5 minutes after blackpool got back to 2-1, absolute disgrace and the ref should be banned for rest of season.
Only positive is hopefully we beat them at home and lift the title in front of them

not sure what u mean jim?? man utd play arsenal at the emirates...not old trafford...and IF you had won the EPL by then there would be no way that Arsenal would let you lift the trophy at the Emirates IF you have won it

Sorry mate. Watchin tv over in singapore and they were advertising united v arsenal at OT, forgot we have played them home already. Title wont be sown up by then because there is no way our old foes liverpool will help us!! They stuffed the scum this morning but i expect them to roll over and get pumped by arsenal this week, i hope they show some ticker and help us out :D

when recent form has made it almost impossible to win the EPL when all we had to do before we played blackburn was win all of our remaining games and no matter what anyone esle did we would have been champions then i am nervous about every game mate

and seeing LFC form against city this morning we might struggle this weekend against them.

Liverpool have an excellent record against the top teams this season at Anfield.

They have struggled to produce close to that form away though so it should be interesting.

One would have thought that not dropping to Chelsea at the Bridge should dispel any of those rubbish doubts (or even beating Keegan's mob all those years ago).

We have no say now, in whether you pass the record or not (which Iver been saying for ages you clearly will)

Watched your game in the hotel bar late last nite, you guys looked awesome considering the players you had out. Hoping you can nick at least a point against them.

So am I to be honest, I think that if we want to develop into a true contender at some stage, then the club must have a belief and expectation that they are going to win everytime they take to the pitch .. This mindset takes quite a while to establish and only comes with the confidence and experience of beating all comers.

We've lost the record to your lot, best thing the club can do is set about getting it back some day .. Sir Alex showed it's possible, albeit he is a once in a lifetime manager.

i dont think liverpool would just fall over to help Arsenal out to stop Man Utd winning the EPL. Not in their culture...well not in Kennys anyway. Looking at that game yesterday IMO i see Liverpool being a strong force next season as carrol will come into great form under Kenny.

Well Gerrard did set Drogba up for a goal in the final game last which basically stopped United from being able to win the title. ;)

They should be up for it though, hopefully they can steal at least a point.

Or the winning goal of Collymore's about 15 years ago that helped Keegan's mob give up the unlosable lead for Fergusons first Manc title, see how good we've been to you guys ;)
