Not good news I'm afraid Bully.

Thanks to the Daily Mail

Walcott stunned by fresh setback: Arsenal winger suffers knee injury

Arsene Wenger admits Theo Walcott has been devastated by the knee injury which has ruled him out of England's next two games and Arsenal's Champions League quarterfinal.
Walcott has started only twice since returning from four months out after surgery on a shoulder he dislocated during an England training session in November.

The latest problem came when his right knee locked up as he strolled back to the dressing room after a training session yesterday.

'He is completely distraught,' said Wenger. 'He is strong mentally but today he was really shocked. He was walking off the pitch when he felt his knee. It locked up and started to swell.
'It might be a cartilage. We don't think it is ligament damage but it might be a minimum five weeks before he can play. It is bad news for us and England. He was coming back in very good form.'

let me guess as usual after a international break it normally hurts us with injuries and we dont normally play well after the break. At least we have a home game against Man City and city havent tended to play well away from home.

one good note is that Fabregas , Adebayor and Walcott are back from injury for the game against Man City.

But yet again we have more injurys, Van Persie is out, so is Eduardo. We might have a full strength team for the last game of the season!!! wont that be great ???

Barca will sign Fabrigas in the summer. Barca president has made it public, he wants fabregas back, and will offer £45m for him.

Meanwhile, not to be out done, Real will beat whatever Barca offers.

Back in old blighty, Cesc has told the press, even though he is contracted to Arsenal until 2014, he would like to play in spain next year.

just have the feeling that IF these teams are poaching around for fabs he might do a Thierry Henry a few years ago, when Barca was asking basically every day for Henry to move towards the end of his contract Henry signed for another few years ( but moved to barca 2 years later ). Thinking Fabs might do the same, im not sure Arsene will let him go so easily. Arsene has let a few good players go in recent years and look whats happened to us, we have struggled to keep in the top 3 or 4 of the league as to when we had plenty of talent ( GOOD TALENT ) we didnt finish lower then 2nd for like 7 or 8 years, and won 3 titles.

Think about it though.

He is in the middle of a nasty piece of business with the spitting accusation, half his team mates don't speak to each other with in house fighting, Arsenal are in a scrap to even qualify for the CL next year, and Arsene would be tempted to accept 50 or 60 million for him.

He would also be returning to his 1st club. Don't forget, he came through the youth academy at Barca so going home right now might just appeal.

i guess so, but i just cant see Arsene letting him go at this stage, not until he can get the youngsters in mid field at the moment ( denilson, song etc) some experience from him. But thats just my view and hope and i hope Arsene doesnt let him go. Im sure he will upset a few people if he does. Surely Arsene needs to realise he is turning these players into superstars and just when they hit their peak or the right time he is letting them go. Theirry Henry was a right back player before he moved to Arsenal and he was moved to Striker and was one of if not the best player since the premier league was formed. I could name others, Patrick Vieria was a average player, same with Bergkamp and he turned them into superstars aswell. Yes when Arsene came along the side had some great stars already, Tony Adams, Ian Wright etc. Guess im just speaking from the heart....

Fab is gawn. Arsene needs coin to fund summer signings and if Barca and Real come in with 45-50m, he'll bite their hands off.

As for Henry being he best player since the start of the Premier League - dig up the best EPL teams thread. He didn;t even make 3/4rs of them.

well thats what yous all think. I have said what i think. I guess we can only see what happens and it will be a matter of time. If he goes there this summer i will be the first to say i was wrong.

Am aware that henry wasnt the best. Said before that i love boasting about the mighty gunners!!

More bad news for Wenger (or maybe not ?)Gallas imaybe injured for the rest of the season.

Thanks to Skysports

Big Gallas worry for Gunners

William Gallas could miss the rest of the season after suffering a knee injury during Arsenal's UEFA Champions League clash at Villarreal.

Italian Giuseppe Rossi fell into Gallas after he was fouled by Alex Song on the edge of the box, but he trapped the Frenchman's leg underneath him.

Gallas could not continue and was forced off, and now there are real fears he has sustained knee ligament damage.

"Gallas has a medial ligament injury," Wenger told Canal Plus.

"The initial diagnosis doesn't appear to be very positive, but it will be clearer on Wednesday."

yeah seen that happen. oh well this season has been a year of injurys. Looks like we might have 4th wrapped up, but not over yet. Look what happened in 96/97 season for us gunners making up that ground on man united. And man united have made up alot of ground on teams this late in the season as well.

On this mornings game. Awesome goal by Adebayor to equalize for the gunners. Was a decent goal by Villereal aswell to open. Almunia had no chance of stopping that strike.
