Didn't have one shot on target against Bournemouth this morning in a nil all draw.
I think Mourinho is going to change our motto from To Dare is to do to To Bore is to snore.

Always thought he was an odd appointment for your mob. The bloke obviously knows the game, but always requires heavy investment and that’s highly unlikely at Spurs.

If Harry were to leave, I wonder how many of those £’s would make it to the transfer kitty?

Next season be interesting, Man U have a fairly star studded lineup now and if they add Sancho (which imho is likely), I fear my mob might just be keeping the seat warm for them.

United have won their last 5 games, but adainst Villa, Bournemouth, Brighton, Norwich and Sheffield United . I am not convinced rhey are title contenders, even if they pick up Sancho.

I’ve been saying to a good mate for a while (who’s MU), they have plenty of talent, granted the Pogba and Rashford injuries didn’t help, and it would just be a matter of gelling. It’s not so much the recent beat ups they’ve had, I thought they were good for a point at Anfield earlier this season. If they’re not genuine contenders next season I’ll be real surprised. Most people will think the same way so the pressure will really come for OGS if they’re not amongst it. FWIW I think he’ll be alright and being a disciple of SAF worries me too, don’t need a repeat of that dominance [-o< [-o<

RIP Jack Charlton .... surely this will provide the inspiration for Leeds to get back into the top flight.

Man City get their ban in Europe overturned. So, that leaves Chelsea, Man United and Leicester fighting for the last two Champions League spots. Leicester will be ruing their loss to Bournemouth this morning.

They were always going to be successful. Interesting bit is that they’ll still be fined €10mil for breaching a rule(s).

Villa could stay up. Would have got long odds on that a week ago.

17th - Aston Villa 34 pts, gd -27
——————————————-
18th - Watford 34 pts, gd -28
19th - Bournemouth 31 pts, gd -27
20th - Norwich - relegated

Bloody tight
Villa have West Ham away
Watford have Arsenal away
Bournemouth have Everton away

I think the Villains will stay up.

My money is on Aston Villa. They have at least shown some fight, unlike Watford who have been horrible recently. I also don't get why you would sack your manager with two games to go. It's hard to see Watford getting anything at Arsenal, so long as Arsenal are fair dinkum. They dont have much to play for as they can't catch Spurs and they might be tempted to rest a few before the Cup final.

What about the insane last day in the Championship!
Barnsley v Brentford.
Barnsley need to win & hope other results go their way, to stay up.
Brentford need to win & hope West Brom lose or draw, to gain automatic promotion.
West Brom can only manage a draw so it’s all set up for the Bees...
However Barnsley score a 91st minute winner, Wigan can only draw & Charlton get thumped - Barnsley stay up, Brentford lose & have to go to the playoffs.
Also, Nottingham Forrest sitting sixth, held a 3 pt lead & led on goal difference by 5 over Swansea.
Swansea win 4-1 at Reading including goals in the 84th & 91st
But, Forest lose 4-1 at home to Stoke - giving up an own goal in the 96th minute!
The Swans jump Forest by 1 goal to grab the final playoff spot.
Outrageous.

I was watching it unfold live and it was amazing. The Championship and lower leagues throw up some amazing scenes every season

Lol how’s the bloke in the UK placed a bet prior to season commencing, on Jesse Lingard to not score all season (at $67). Lingard scores his first in the 97th minute of the last game of the season. Poor bastard
