Burnley boss Steve Cotterill admits he could lose wonder-kid John Cofie, who has been targeted by Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool.

The Clarets are desperate to hang on to the 14-year-old striker, who is rated at well over £1m.

But Cotterill said: "The bottom line is, there's an agent who has been working to get him out."

Who was the Chelsea player who scored the great goal from the Free kick?
Wonderful strike, gave the keeper NO chance

2 - Strange decision, maybe our low ranking in europe at the moment has something to do with it and he is saving him for Besiktas on wednesday.

3 - Sissoko is hopeless....can't pass,, dodgy tackler,,, all he does is run..

4 - Torres is injured but likely to play wednesday,,, voronin needs to be a bit more selfish and kuyt has the workrate of Ian Rush (try and be the 1st line of defence)...

Crouch on bench again,,, pity, has a good record, not sure why he doesnt get more of a gig,,, might be sold in January.

Penalties even themselves out though,,, we had 1 against Chelsea and another the week after that shouldn't have been given.

1. Riise's miss was very ordinary. Stevie G would have nailed that one (although on current form - Wed nite - maybe not!)
4. Kuyt is a great player IMO. You're right, even when he's not on, he's chasing and working his balls off.

And on the penalties, you're absolutely right. Win some, lose some and if any team deserved one to go their way, it's Liverpool this season. Over the years the human error in decision making by refs evens itself out IMO, but it sucks like hell at the time.

Anyhoo, other results:

Manu 4 - Villa 1 - United came from behind via a brace from Rooney (who's on fire at the moment, but also missed a penalty) a goal that will be awarded to Ferdinand, and Giggs.
The Arse 2 - Bolton 0 - Always going to be hard for Bolton without Anelka. Toure and Rosicky scored for the Frogs.
Wigan 0 - Portsmouth 2 - Mwaruwari and G Johnson scoring for Portsmouth who had all the play.
Blackburn 4 - Reading 2 - As usual this season, Reading = goalfest! MCarthey (brace), Snta Cruz and Kerimoglu for Blackburn with Reading scoring late via brace to Doyle.
Fulham 0 - Derby 0 - SJABC's Rams continue to get points!
M'Boro 0 - Chelski 2 - Drogba and Alex got the points for Chelski. Apparently Boro had some decent chances.

West Ham and Sunderland to play tomorrow with SPURS heading to St James park for the Barcodes on Monday night. COYS!!!

HAHAHAHA, yeah, gotta admit actually that Spurs probably have more Frenchies than Francenal themselves.

Chimbonda
Malbranque
Kaboul
Tarrabt
Assou-Ekotto
Dervitte

And Stalteri is from Ontario in the Frenchie part of Canada, so he's a closet cheese eater too.

Also gotta say that your signature is bloody hilarious. But Wenger only fell asleep because there were no little boys to watch!

COME ON YOU SPURS!

Newcastle 3 - Spurs 1

Shocking display....what can I say?
If Jenas ever plays for Spurs or in the Premier League again, I'll give myself a Chelsea smile.
And Berbatov on the bench? He could be firing up front for Man U, but instead he's on the bench while Spurs are in a relegation battle.......no wonder he always looks like he's about to murder someone.

have to say, i would love tottenham to get relegated would make my day but i very much doubt that would happen. i watched the game this morning and your spurs have the talent but looks to me as if they have quite gelled yet.

Relegation is starting to worry me! Unfortunately, talent and potential is useless if you keep leaking goals and dropping points.

I think that there will be a common theme when the position prediction thread is opened back up in the Jan transfer window - Spurs will be withdrawn from everyone's top 5, and Le Arse will be repositioned well up the pointy end.

Nice night for an upset I rekon. Massive ask of Rangers, but they were ALL OVER Celtic on Saturday.

It's definitely the match of the round IMO.

Rangers started well and have survived a couple decent surges from Barca.

Man U and Le Arse both up 1-0.

Great chance for Rangers. Cousin put a cracking ball across the face of goal, but it couldn't be tapped in.
Henry also had an open goal but his weird shaped head pushed the ball over the cross bar.

Le Arse 6 - Slavia Prague 0 - Holy crap! Fabregas and Hleb on fire. Theo Walcott scored his first CL goal.

Man U 4 - Kiev 1 - Not sure what's going on, but Rooney and Ferdinand have scored.

Inter 2 d CSKA Moscow earlier.

Good to see you back online JTC. How was Aus mate? Pity about the footy result.

HALF TIME UPDATES:

Anyhoo, Liverpool are struggling BIG time at half time, down 1-0 to Besiktas, and in real danger of a CL exit.
Maluda has scored for Chelski who are 1-0 up against schalke
Nil all between Benfica and Celtic - Gordon Strachan going bananas at the ref, arguing with them during the HT break rather than addressing his players. Not too sure exactly what over.
Real Madrid 1 - Olymiakos 1
AC Milan 2 - Shaktar 0
Rosenbourg 0 - Valencia 0
Marseille 0 - Porto 0
W Bremen 1 - Lazio 0

P.S. JTC - Bloody typical - Clarets are FINALLY on Sky this weekend, and I'll be in Paris.

Cheers DA. Aus was great. Loved every minute. Great to meet so many posters. Made to feel so welcome, and a great party back at Prossie (for me anyway). Had dinner with Wedgie and Annie. Really nice couple and Wedgie is a big softie really (don't tell him i said that)

What footy result

Can't wait until next year when we entertain Spurs at Turf Moor. A game you definitely want to come up for

Unfortunately, I think Spurs v Clarets is a chance of happening. Unlikely, but with the season we're having, who knows. Hopefully I can make it up before then!

Saw a pic of yourself and Rita in Rundle mall - great work!

Also saw a pic of Wedgie with his skin-head, and a softie he looked far from!!! His work on SAFooty gives him the right to dish it out, especially to us Puff supporters.

Hope you're watching the Celtic game - never seen a side so lucky in defence. Some great keeping too. Benfica should be 5 up with their chances.

85 mins gone. Besiktas 2 - 1 Liverpool

Could be the end for Pool in the CL

Reckon this could be Benetez' last season at Liverpool. Plays with the team too much and can't moan about not getting who hw wants. £50m spend hasn't brought them anywhere near Man U and the way Rafa the Rotator swaps the team around week in week out, they are not getting the change to gel.
