According to the press and 75,000 tweeter posters Ryan Giggs is the footballer who got the gagging order preventing the papers from naming him in an alleged affair with an ex big brother house contestant. According to he he has been sticking his hand in the cookie jar. She spilled the beans and he went to court to keep it hush, hush.

True or not, I have no idea but if it is, I think it's a dank shame. He had been the epitome of great footballers on and off the field and to have this come out now in what might be his last season is a shame.

Good game. Great to see him donating a fair whack of his testimonial money to the fans.

Is that true?
I didn't know that

Bit surprised as I thought he might need a few extra bob being as he has just sold his house for £6m and bought a new one for £8m  ;)

Rooney scored United's goal. Bebe got Juve's

Beckham is the star of the show. You might lose a yard of pace and a few breaths but you never lose you class and he is a class act

Great free kick from Giandonato

MU 1-2 Juve

It really was a great free kick, Beckham would have been proud. Shame he was the one who gave away the free in the 1st place

Very good tribute to an OT legend. Gary cops a lot of stick from opposition supporters but he was a great leader who bled for united and he would be one of my first picked every week. Had the pleasure of meeting him last time I went over and he was a top bloke and very passionate about united. Its a little known fact that about 4 or 5 years ago when he was struggling that the club was looking at moving him on, he told the club he could never play against them and he would rather retire than do so. Thank goodness his form returned. Good luck in his future work, i believe he is going for his coaching badges, fergie rates him as the best manager prospect out of all his ex players. Maybe he will be groomed for the top job at OT one day

Paul Scholes has called it a day.
Great servant of the club, over 600 games, 10 EPL titles, 2 european cups and 3 FA cups.
Fiesty little bugger and an absolute legend.
Think many people forget how good he was for England aswell before his premature retirement. Also had his health issues. Will be sorely missed but he is taking on a coaching role within the club, thanks for the memories scholesy, will never forget the cracker which knocked barca out in the semis of the european cup.

agreed. Fantastic player that has served your club well. Will be a massive loss for the EPL now that he has gone. Only one left now is Giggs.

Thank **** for that lol ... Sick of him terrorising opponents!!

Been a fantastic player and will rightly be remembered fondly forever among Man U fans for his class, grit and ability to do whatever it takes for the team to win.

An Old Trafford legend. Career looked finished about 5 years ago when he had that eye problem. Then came back and played some of the best football of his life. Probably the greatest player ever to play that has never timed a proper tackle....his passing made more then up for it tho.

Will be remembered as a true Old Trafford hero alongside Busby, Best, Ferguson, Cantona & Giggs.
