A lot of people were quick to get stuck into the little fella but Scholesy is one of the main reasons we will win the league.
I hope he goes around for another season, have thought his comeback has been exceptional

A lot of the people getting into him were Man U fans, in fact some of your mob on this forum were just about calling for Fergie's head early in the season

Great move by Fergie to get him back even though I thought it was a bit desperate at the time.

I think United have dropped just two points since he has returned. Nice strike vs QPR too.

I was always happy with getting Scholes back but I am still unhappy that we recruited so poorly at start of season. Did say that this squad would fail dismally in Europe and we did. The Champions League should be our Number 1 priority and we need to bolster our side next season. Fergie was kidding himself if he thought this lot would do well in Europe

Liverpool are an absolute shambles, led Rovers 2-0 after 15 minutes before having Doni their keeper sent off. Reina was sent off last game. Rovers pull one back through Yakubu and then Jones their reserve keeper should have been sent off for a foul on Yakubu. Yakubu scores the penalty and its now 2-2 with 30 minutes remaining

Watching the replay I reckon Liverpool are lucky that it wasnt disallowed, looked like Rovers were fouled just before the goal. Yakubu missed a penalty aswell so Liverpool very lucky

Nice to see Brad Jones save the penalty, it's his first game since his 6 year old son passed away from Leukemia last November.

Apparently that was actually his first touch as a Liverpool keeper. Reina's reaction was quality too.

Given everything Jones has been through it's great to see him have a high moment.

Can't believe he was allowed to stay on the field after his foul though ..

Would have been the first time ever in the EPL that a side has had 2 keepers sent off in the same game.
Just out of interest who is your fourth keeper?
We were chatting at work today and Reina still has 2 games to serve, Doni will miss a couple and Jones would of aswell, who was going to keep for you next game?

Wigan 0-0 United at HT, Wigan had a goal disallowed, we were lucky as it looked like an incorrect decision.
Wolves 0-2 Arsenal HT, Wolves down to 10 men after 10 minutes
Shiteh 1-0 West Brom HT
QPR 1-0 Swansea HT, Barton scores deep into injury time

It was a 50/50 decision, keepers are a protected species, a keeper only has to be touched these days and they get a free kick, i reckon if both keeper and attacking player are going for the ball and come into contact then it should be play on
