Fair effort from Wigan, they were gone a month ago. Pity about spurs last minute winner now we have to put up with that plodder Macarthy and his wolves for another year.
It will go one of two ways for the hammers next year, they will either keep their squad together and win by 10 points or they will implode and finish near bottom of championship.
We get a well earned break after next weekend but to win by 9 points flattered us.

watched stoke vs wigan. Boring game until wigan scored. Well done to them.

Also i flipped over the the last half an hour of Fulham vs Arsenal and hearing the Arsenal supporters singing 'Spend some F**king money, spend some F**king money"

Arry has firmed as outright 3rd favourite to manage the chavs next season. Guus is favourite followed by the porto boss then arry. Cant see guus taking over especially if the turks qualify for euros next year. No disrespect to spurs but it could be arry's chance to manage a big club in the CL

I thought Molineux scoring a soccer type goal for Centrals on SAturday night was a pretty good omen ;)

Shame to see Blackpool go down I guess but let's face it, their defence was at an amateur level and they did not improve on that all season. It might be a nice spectacle having 4-3 games every week but that will not keep you in the top league.

Championship will be interesting next season with Birmingham going down as well. At least they won a trophy I guess.

Sad to see Blackpool go down. They were by far the most exciting team in the Premier League this season.
Will be interesting to see how QPR and Norwich go next season. Especially Norwich, seeing that they have been promoted twice in two seasons.

Im really worried about norwich. Reckon all 3 promoted sides will go straight back down with norwich finishing bottom by a bit.

It will depend on who they sign in the summer.
Swansea, if they get promoted could do well, if they keep their strong home record.
I'd probably expect at least two to go back down next season.

What does everyone think was goal of the season in the EPL?
IMO Elmander's goal against Wolves was the best.
Tevez's free kick last week against Stoke was quality.
There are Berbatov's and Rooney's overhead kicks.
Even Beckford's goal last night would have to be top 10.

That Elmander goal was class - not the sort of goal you normally associate with Bolton (unless Jay Jay okocha was playing for them).

Been alot of great goals in the Prem as always. Gareth Bale's volley in (I think) the opening round was good. Luke Varney for blackpool scored a cracker, loved the Hernandez backward header where he almost snapped his neck.

As a Utd fan i am obviously going to say Rooneys due to the importance of it. Was the winning goal against City and helped kickstart his season as he was woefully out of form at the time. But really there is probably about 15 goals which could be argued for goal of the season.

There was a DVD for the best goals of the first 10 years of the prem. It probably could have just been called the Matt Le Tissier and Tony Yeboah DVD). Hopefully they will be releasing one for the following 10 years..!!

They had all of those goals on during half time. There were some crackers this season.
That was such a good DVD. Le Tissier was a genius.
I reckon the next video will come out after next season. There have been some amazing goals over the past 10 seasons. I think it was 2006/7, i have a top 20 goals compilation and every goal is top drawer..
