City missed several great chances to make a certainty of the win, will it come back to bite them?

United beat the Jacks 2-0 to take the title race to the last day.
Need a miracle from Hughesy and the R's who will be chasing points to avoid relegation.
Stranger things have happened but can see Shiteh flogging them.
Bad omen aswell with the last time time Shiteh won the league it was over us by 2 points after we lost the last game of the season at Sunderland which is where we finish up this season

Down to the wire, the last round and what it means.

Chelsea v Blackburn - Nothing. Chelsea will finish 6th regardless, Blackburn are relegated.

Everton v Newcastle - Everton will finish 7/8th, Newcastle have to win to finish top 4 if Spurs/Arsenal lose

Man City v QPR - City win and they get the title unless Man U win by 10 goals to cover the goal difference, draw or loss could see Man U get it, draw is enough for QPR to stay up, if they lose and Bolton win & Wigan get a point they are relegated.

Norwich v Aston Villa - Norwich will finish 11/14th, Villa are safe with superior goal difference over Bolton.

Stoke v Bolton - Stoke will finish 11/14th, Bolton need to win to avoid relegation.

Sunderland v Man Utd - Sunderland to finish 10/14th, if City draw and Man U win then it's Man U, if City lose and Man U draw it's Man U, if City win, Man U need to win by close to 8 goals plus what City score/concede. Man U lose it doesn't matter City get it, unless City lose by over roughly 8 goals or more.

Swansea v Liverpool - Swansea to finish 10/14th, Liverpool to finish 8/10th

Tottenham v Fulham - Spurs need to win to ensure top 3/4 finish, draw/loss and Newcastle win and pending Arsenal's result they could finish 5th. Fulham to finish 7/9th.

West Brom v Arsenal - West Brom to finish 9/12th, Arsenal need to win to ensure top 3/4 spot. Draw will see them finish 3/4 pending Spurs result. If they lose, they can fall to 5th if Newcastle win and Spurs win/draw and makes up goal difference.

Wigan v Wolves - Wigan need a point to ensure they stay up, Wolves relegated.

you missed - if Arsenal draw, and spurs win (not that i like saying IF spurs win) and newcastle win, then Arsenal will finish 4th, spurs 3rd, newcastle 5th. Goal diff would mean for if this situation happens then newcastle would need to score 20+ goals in there last game against everton to beat us to 4th if this situation occurs. If Arsenal win, it wont matter what spurs or newcastle do or chelsea for us to finish 3rd.

You are also wrong on chelsea - they can still make third, if they win by more then 2 goals in both of their 2 games left, and if Arsenal, spurs, and newcastle all lose and dont score in their last games.

Also incorrect in saying that Rovers are relegated.
They play Wigan tonight and anything less than a win will see them relegated but at the moment they are still alive

It's standard Wigan behaviour to leave the relegation battle to the last week. Expect a loss tonight.
