I was very close to picking everton cause I was a Cahill fan.

When I saw how much my mates were angry that I could choose man u I thought it was funny.

And now you guys are the same and I do feel like a bandwagoner lol
Maybe I will go for everton and when watching the other night I felt like I was happy they were beating man u!!!!

i was like you, i loved my AFL/VFL (if thats what you follow) many years ago, late 80s was when i started to follow DIV1/EPL. I just picked a team ARSENAL :D , and at that stage, Arsenal were winning, but not everything.

a lot of AFL supporters are one eyed, and believe its boring to sit there and watch 90 minutes of no goals, but thats the game. They also believe every game in the world should be like theres where there is stupid amounts of goals being scored. Ok, they say where is the fun in a nil all draw, but tell me, where is the fun, when one team kicks 30 goals (as an example) and the other team kicks 5. WOW, thats great seeing a team getting beaten by over 100 points . The passion and atmosphere comes second to none in the EPL,

im not saying you dont have to, but just think about it, and i also would say the same if you had picked Arsenal, to if you are going to follow the EPL now more so, just watch a few games, before you pick a team to support.

just remeber thou .......tottingham are shit ;)

Too right.
Watching the entire game everton vs man u the other night it was amazing.
The crowd, the chants, the suspense when it gets near goal, the shots on goal that are saved!!

I want to go to a game now!!!

Good to have you onboard, there is nothing wrong with loving both Aussie Rules and Football!!!

Choose whoever you feel you support the most, its just good to have another person interested in the 'beautiful' game in Oz.

Nothing wrong with jumpin on the Football wagon but Man U.... Seriously...

I grew up playing football in the northern suburbs and all the kids loved man u, I just followed then grew up and lost the love for the EPL when I stopped playing. It was only a few years ago that I got back into it and me and a mate had a bet as to which promoted side would do better, this was 04/05 i think. He chose Hull and I chose Stoke!

Pretty happy with that choice now. Stayed up since and although play an ugly physical brand they remain in the top flight... Love the underdogs! Watch them knock arsenal off this week 1-0... Get up the Potters!!!

I chose Arsenal in similar fashion as a young soccer player, everyone had Man U shirts on so naturally I hated them. I was watching the highlights on SBS and saw a cracker goal by Dennis Bergkamp and ever since then I have been a Gunners fan and love the style of soccer they play. Hoping to head to a game next year.

I did similar back in 2000/2001 (back when they used to show the highlights show on SBS) & supported a newly promoted underdog all the way to 5th in the league!
Unfortunately they suffered the second year blues (pardon the pun) went down the next year & have been stuck in the championship since :(

Pffffttttttttt, you're all glory hunters

Start in the basement, that's where the actions at... League 2 baby, where old players go to get a last pay cheque and young players get the crap kicked out of them by said old players...

The Bantams should be the team you get on board... there's plenty of room on the bandwagon for you, it's a bit rickety, old and generally rubbish, but get yourself a seat and hang on...

The words glory and Wigan don't often appear in the same sentence. Lol

You are a power club compared to some.
Got a mate who is a Rochdale supporter, they have never been higher than div 3 or equivalent in their 85 years of existance. He is hoping they will be promoted from League 2 this season
