Not so sure about the best signing of the season but is definitely up there and was a quality signing at that...
Is actually a very loyal bloke too, he left Everton in pursuit of Champions League football and actually took a pay cut to go there. Think he was actually applauded by the Evertonians when they played against each other this season, you dont see that often

Last time i seen that kind of stuff was when Tevez has played against West Ham, he refuses to celebrate if he scores against the hammers.

Yes, because there's a lot of LFC fans on here that needed to be told that!

Crap year, and I'm concerned our club is becoming accepting of mediocrity .. Fabric changing when that happens.

3 wins against Chelsea this year, but lost the only one that matters (how did Carroll not score with his second chance, I still no understand).

on the whirlpool forums, and liverpoolfc forum on their website, as i thought i would have a looky at it after i saw the dribble on whirlpool, that 99% of the liverpool fans on both forums are talking themselves up like they have won the EPL, and saying this is the turning point...(as usual).

also few mates of mine are liverpool fans, the texts i have been getting from them with score updates also

So why didn't you put your smart mouth comment on the whirlpool forum then?

Sorry, but that post screamed douchebag in epic proportions.

Yaya Toure has rocked Shiteh on the eve of their biggest game ever by declaring he wants to return to Barca.
RVP looks set to stay at Arsenal even though Juventus have offered him far in excess of his current salary.
It appears that Di Matteo will be sacked even if he wins the CL.
United are set to table a large offer for Leighton Baines

Hope Yaya does go back to Barca. The guy's an absolute superstar. Too good for Citeh.

Money talks, I reckon RVP will go.

Lots of talk of Bale going to Barca. To be perfectly honest, I;m not sure he's good enough for Barca - too inconsistent. Still love him and would be gutted if he left.

There will be a player exodus from Rovers. Hoilett is the only real standout, but I still have a soft spot for old mate Robbo and think he could do a job at plenty of EPL clubs

Interestingly, there is talk of Blackburn being taken over again. Despite being utterly indifferent about them, the Venkys have been nothing short of a disaster.

Citeh are apparently looking at Fulham's Dembele. He's a quality operator IMO.

Ali Al-Habsi - 4million pound from Bolton to Wigan - and Wigan can thank this man that they will be playing Premiership football next season, he kept them in games, won them games and made sure they never really got smack to much so the goal diff was too bad and if it was it was cause of lack of goals being scored.

Demba Ba - Free transfer to Newcastle. Newcastle's great season started off with him in the Early going scoring goals and getting the ball rolling, In January they Signed Cissie, he started scoring there goals and Ba moved out to the left hand side and started providing them.

Arteta has been a great signing for Arsenal but was not Arsenal's best bit of business that was the transfer of Eboue from Arsenal to Galatasaray cause it meant that Arsenal did have Eboue anymore and that is best thing for them. (although i had wish they had of kept him and started him every game.)
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

I reckon if you play skulls tonight on the Man City vs QPR game even time the commentators say along the lines of (best cockney voice) "just maybe tonight we will have tears of joy at one end and tears of sadness at the other" you will be pissed by half time.

for the club Arteta was the best signing, whether or not Eboue was sold to get rid of the dead wood from the team. Bendtner is out on loan which is just as good if not better then letting Eboue go. So if Sunderland make an offer for him, then im sure wenger will accept it.

But im sure in your case duce, yossi would be a loss for you if wenger makes an offer for him. He suits our style of play and has helped us win some games this season..

Haven't seen a heap of them, but from what I have seen Krul was a good signing for Newcastle, as were Ba and Cisse as previously mentioned.

No point starting a worst signing topic, Henderson, Adam, Downing = topic concluded.

Downing's best is good enough, but he doesn't display it often enough .. He's not worth his pricetag.

Henderson just looks awful, particularly for a starlet that was once so highly rated.

We'll bring Lucas back and he'll add some substance to the midfield, but I still don't think he's anywhere near the quality we need either.
