EPL Season 2012-2013

EPL, FA Cup, Carling Cup, The Championship, etc

watching the EPL preview show every week - Managers commenting on there opponents for the comming week, saying they are a great club, doing great things, great manager etc etc. Its the same every week between managers. I would love for a change for one week that a manager comes out in an interview, and says oh the team we play this week are rubbish, and their manager will be gone in a few weeks :D

Well after watching the first 2 rounds id have to say ive seen some apalling defensive action, seems that plenty of defenders have lost the basic skills of defending. Same for the keepers, more howlers than I can remember

I heard there using an extremly light ball this year in the EPL may explain alot of the keeping blunders.

I got Foxtel this week and was very excited to get to watch the Premiership again ... excitement turned to anguish quickly after Jaaskelainen's howler & the Collins back pass! #-o

That's the one, get around the tractor boys! Undefeated start in the championship to date! :D

I moved to Suffolk in 2001 just after that first season in the Premiership. IIRC the Tractor Boys had a barnstorming run in the UEFA Cup too. I'll always remember when they got relegated that season, I think it was John Motson who said 'this season Ipswich made trips to Moscow and Milan, next season they get to go to Grimsby!'
