That thread is brilliant!! Some of those gifs are gold and I'm glad Van Damme made an appearance.

Cheers mate. Pity it was at the expense of Liverpool. I'd much rather have seen the Woolwhich Wandering Gypos miss out!!

Come on Wedgie gotta get excited about this. Playing top teams in Europe and club gets many many millions from it and can buy best players possible plus it attracts the best players. Thats why it has been so bloody hard for clubs to break through coz thats where the money is and the so called top four can pay for best players. Once you get there it is generally where you stay unless you have a stinker like Liverpool. I liken Spurs league form to South havent done much for 30 or 40 years. Celebrate every milestone.

If I got excited about a club making money Id be dancing down Main North Rd in a red and white tutu.
I'm not sure about the comparison to South as I have seen 3 great FA Cup victories.
4 teams shouldn't even get a gig IMHO, maybe top 2 who would deserve it.

PS My Dads excited but he's also a Norwood supporter so is easily excitable. ;)

Do you think they won't qualify mate? Personally I think spurs should romp into the group stages. My only concern would be thief lack of European experience but with so many cheating jonny foreigners in the side they should pick up the euro style pretty quickly :)

Well done for them, happy they have actually achieved something in the EPL for once. Hope for their sakes they do well.
Only time will tell. but they still have to qualify. If they believe they can get third this weekend then good for them and congrats to them if they can overtake us. But thats IF they can. I would actually like to see them in the comp for a few years and then they can be at a level of their bigger and better rivals Arsenal instead of struggling year in year out mid to lower table.

And nothing is fixed, like a certain manager of liverpool and man city, promising champ league football. That did not come around.......

 modric goal was brilliant. Even the claret fans, me included, applauded that goal
Started out abysmal but then I think spurs realised that Arsenal were already 3 up at 1/2 time

BOG Andre Bikey by a country mile. Had Crouch in his pocket until Harry finally substituted him. Jack Cork was outstanding in the midfield too. Chelsea quality that I hope we can keep next season

Nice way to say goodbye to the EPL and we earnt an extra £800k by finishing above Hull by a single goal :D

my point all the way. i have been saying spud supporters should not be counting their chickens before they hatch and worry more about their own job and not other teams.

At least we will have something to go for next year in trying to get up again. What will you have to look forward to? Looking up the skirts of Chelsea and Man , an early exit from the CL and and another year of what coulda / shoulda been. ;)
