So it would be fair to assume you're not a fan mate? ;)

He used to be obsessed with him too! It seems that is over for this week anyway. ;)

Disappointing to drop points after Liverpool drew. I only lasted until just before halftime so haven't seen anything from the second half but apparently United had their chances, but so did Spurs I guess.

Brilliant effort by Hull too. I thought Liverpool would win from behind again after Gerrard score those two quick goals. The own goal machine Carragher was back to his best. Very entertaining game though.

Good to see Timmy Cahill score the winner over City too. 8)

I thought Hull's pace was far superior to ours, was a bit of a worry really ... I know Rafa is trying to manage the squad to cope with the busy Christmas period, but it would have been nice to see the likes of Babel and Keane given some (or more) time.

Particularly when Kuyt was having a stinker (not to bag him, he's had a pretty good season)

I'm a huge fan of Hull's after what I saw this morning.
They were fantastic and I hope they can stay in the top flight for many seasons more.
Even better if they can finish 4th at Arsenals expense.

Hull might get into the UEFA Cup if they are lucky but they won't get top 4.

If anybody is going to knock Arsenal out it will be Villa.

It would be great to see Villa get in the top 4, but I dont see it happening. The depth of Arsenal and Man Utd will get them into the top 4 come the end of the season.

Your boys had a couple of very good chances, but Spurs were closer to scoring on a couple of occasions.
The second half was more entertaining than the first.

I really can't see Ar5ena1 finishing third. They don't have the depth of Manure and Chavski, but neither do Villa I guess. January and Feb are the cruicial months for sorting our the sharp end of the ladder - just ask Arsene about last season!

Manure definitely have the depth to keep winning in all comps, but for some reason, they're just not putting it together at the moment.

It's great that this season is far closer. The title is anyones, as are the UCL spots.

Huh?? Man Utd are hardly struggling, and remember they have a game in hand. They are 6 points off top, and if they beat Fulham in their catchup match it's 3 (Chelsea will probably go further ahead though). If any team is going to fall out of the 4 this season it will be Arsenal.

not sure i agree there. just managed to get result over Sunderland at home, then a draw to tottenham . im also not saying that arsenal will win the league but we still have injuries aswell, and so does man united maybe chelsea will fall out or liverpool. probably a bit early to beat on it yet seen as its only mid december! the way tottenham have been playing lately they might sneek in ;)

Man United are playing very poor football at the moment and they are still third in the league with a game in hand to the top teams, they couldn't possibly play any worse than they are at the moment. Look for a massive second half to the season and they will certainly finish in the top two.

agreed. not that any of the big four clubs are playing above the rest of the league at the moment. and also in previous years when man united have been behind other clubs on the table they have tended to catch up when the others slip up, but this year they arent doing that. also recent results at the bridge seems to me that chelsea are struggling at home??

Nah mate, EVERY football fan knows that! I read two funny things after that game.

During that 'Numbers' segment between games on Fox they discussed Carragher's talent for scoring own goals, he then proceeds to score a beauty straight after.

Also, apparently his personal Goal Difference is -2 or maybe even -3 now?? Crazy stat if true.

United just need to make sure they win their catchup games (will be two thanks to the farcical world club thing) and they are right in it. Add the fact they have had a very tough draw so far, with trips to Anfield, Stamford Bridge, Emirates, WHL and COMS they will hopefully finish strongly. Just need to beat the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool when they journey to the Theatre of Dreams.

That's interesting actually. Carragher has scored 4 goals for Spurs in EPL games during his career, but only 4 for Liverpool against all clubs in the EPL, and only 5 in all competitions, including internationals.
