4am our time coverage starts.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

I think there will be goals, goals, goals. In reality, I think it could be Manure 3-1, but I'm hoping for a Barca 1-0.

Like the odds for Vidic for first scorer at $26.

Whatever happens, the best 2 sides in Europe have made the final and it pomises to be a great game.

Goal in the 10th min to Eto'o! Barca's first real look at goal and they're in. What was with the goal celebration? Is Eto'o trying to hit up a vein to stick a needle in or something? Very strange! Anyhoo, besides the goal Man U have been all over Barca for the first half an hour...

1-0 at the half. Didn't see much after 30th min as was reading about JTC's Wembley experience! Kudos to you JTC and your Clarets! :D

Still 1-0, but Barca have started the better, almost doubling their advantage when Xavi hit the upright with a free kick from just outside the box, and Henry having a look at goal with only VanDerSar to beat. Tevez came on for Anderson at half time, but his only contribution so far was the foul that gave Xavi his free kick.

Puyol throwing himself on the ground after an aerial contest with Ronaldo, for no apparent reason. Ronaldo telling him about it. The pot calling the kettle black?? Seriously though, Puyol has been stalling for time since the 55th minute, making me hope they come unstuck.

MESSSIIIII!!!! Barca 2-0 Man U. Header from a centimetre perfect (sorry Dennis) cross from Xavi, Messi goes back across VDS and the Red Devils are in trouble now. 70th minute came the goal.

Man U with a huge chance to get one back, but Valdes does just enough to deny Ronaldo.

Puyol, after looking up to make sure he received the free, rolls around on the ground again like he's been shot, but who should spring to life to almost head another goal from that free? Puyol himself. Twat. 75 mins gone, still 2-0.

Ronaldo starting to show his frustration, with a little elbow into Puyol's ribs as the ball beat them both over the line for a Barca goal kick earning him a yellow card. Fair enough though, he deserves an elbow or two.

C'mon Man U, stick it right up that wanker Puyol! He's really annoying me now. Not looking likely though, Man U need a miracle. I started watching as a neutral, not caring who wins, but Puyol has changed that! Maybe I'm just tired... (-| Into injury time now...

Full time Barcelona 2-0. Their 3rd title. Goals from Eto'o in the 10th minute and Messi in the 70th doing the job for the Catalan giant. Man U certainly didn't offer much after the first half an hour, Barca well deserved winners. Iniesta and Xavi were both very good, pulling the strings from the midfield, some of their passing just sublime. Now off to bed, before Puyol gets the trophy!
