Yep - you also need to have made some cash payments to the linesman and ref so you have 13 players in your side.

I would have thought you being a Spurs fan, talking about dubious cash payments was the last thing you would want to do ;)

Nah I'm good. If I was a Portsmouth fan, it might be a bit touchy, but play on as far as I'm concerned.

We couldn't afford to pay any officials, even our players have to bring their own Gatorade

Rumors regarding Rafa signing with Juventus are gathering steam.
Looks like he's off sooner rather than later.

My Juve supporting mate at work is not very happy about those rumours.

Rafa has plenty of ability as a Gaffer, of that I'm absolutely certain .. He may have made a few mistakes along the way but I can't think of a manager that hasn't.

I don't lay the blame of where Liverpool are at today, at the feet of Rafa .. Yes as gaffer you can't be completely blameless, but the continual lack of funds has done him no favours whatsoever.

yeah and this lazio supporter is loving those rumors means Juve gonna be shit for a while longer, but sadly I actually think Rafa would do well in Italy, his stlye of management would work in Italy and already has worked in Spain
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

I refrained from posting at half time cause the TV threatened to call the cops on me.

After 30 mins, yiros went in 2 footed and rightly was given a red card, problem was the gollywogs tackle was above this and stomped his shin........................double red card for anyone but the referee..........fellaini should've been sent off....
This is after the gollywog kicked the ball into Kuyts face well after the ref blew his whistle........

And Pienaar.............he is a DISGRACE.................should've been sent off with his over the top tackles before 20 mins, as should've Mascherano, whose tackle was very ordinary as well.

So after 30 mins, it should've been 9 versus 9 but it was 10 vs 11 and the wanna be village team at best couldnt capitalise as Liverpool won 1-0.

Pienaar ended up getting sent off for another thuggish challenge in the 94th minute but it was far too late by then.

The village, suburban, pub, social, emotionally challenged, inferiority complexed team wearing blue showed that they are truely a pathetic club after not being able to break down their big brothers despite having a numerical advantage for an hour.

I couldn't help thinking in the first 5 minutes, that the ref was gonna pay the price for not showing cards straight away for some over the top physical clashes ... Some craziness ensued and I reckon he lost complete control.

I agree with your comments Smithy .. Yiros and Fellatio should both have been sent from the pitch (that latter possibly even before that challenge) and Mascherano and Peanut should both have been given their marching orders - Even Carragher could be considered fortunate.

Anyone who doubts the effect of the Anfield crowd shouldn't after last's night.

BTW, who's the Scottish commentator that was on last night ... **** me if that bloke isn't as anti-Liverpool as they come then Im a Jet Ski.

That was Craig Burley, who has no ties to Everton but I do admit, and from reading other LFC forums I;m not alone in thinking that he was hoping for a blue win.

Steve Banyard was the main caller doing the international feed for us.

Pienaar should have been given his marching orders after the first tackle on Mascherano. worst tackle in the game by a country mile. His second yellow was a soft one imo.

Agree with Jet Ski's comment. The ref lost it completely.

WOW - how's this for a rumor:

(Following on from the John Terry rumor, which I thought was probably bollox, but turned out to be fact!!!)

There are a LOT of whispers doing the rounds that Stevie G's missus is knocked up by a Liverpool underword figure called Pancakes  What a name for a Gangsta - pancakes!!!!

Anyhoo, I think this one is way, way, way too far fetched to be true, but it's gaining pace by all accounts. Or maybe that was because yesterday was pancake day (Shrove Tuesday).

i remember when working in england a few years ago i received an email about a similar rumour. Altho i think it was that Stevie G's & his missus kid was actually the kid of a scouse bouncer / underworld figure. That was 5 years ago so i dare say its the same rumour still doing the rounds.
