Sanchez top form
Burnleys keeper outstanding today also

Arsenal batters us.
32 shots to 6, 13 on target to 2, 18 corners to1 says it all
Heaton outstanding
Arsenal stadium is the best in the league IMO, but the organization in getting fans away from the ground is shit.
Took less than 15 mins to get there from Leicester Sq and more than an hour to get back

Looks like it could be same 3 promoted getting relegated

R's have shown a bit more grit the last few weeks, reckon they may stay up

Some controversial ref decisions in the 2 games I watched
MAN CITY denied 2 penalties v MAN UTD
ASTON VILLA have a player sent off red carded for a light push to his opponents face V TOTTENHAM

All 3 looked to be wrong
Use the technology and get it right, I say
Refs decisions in this sport need to be right , they can be far too costly at times

Haven't seen the game or incident, but anytime a player makes any contact with another players face/head, they leave themself open to the mercy of the ref. Just don't do it, and there can be no chance of the Red being shown.

The way it appeared
TOT player pushed his head ever so slightly into the AV players face
The AV player lightly pushed his face away

Couple of guys showing some very controlled aggression
Hardly worth a RED card , when far far worse happens in games

JK if its a ruling , then the AV player gets condemned , end of story

You'd like I think a Ref could show a little leniency if it's a minor incident, and perhaps the lad was unlucky .. Will be interesting to see if his card gets overturned, which happens a bit, and you're right technology could fix that. Nothing worse than when a player gets sent from the field, then his his Red card penalty rescinded a few days later .. Bit hard to get back the game he was booted from.

if someone runs up to you and goes to headbutt you but doesnt do it, only attempts then what would one do? Take the headbutt and have a broken nose at the end of it?
I would push him away also

As I said I haven't seen the incident .. Was there no chance he could have pushed him away without making contact to his face or head? If not and it was purely self defence then yep it sounds as though his Red was harsh. Will be interesting to see if the 3 match ban holds up or whether the FA withdraw it.

Another clean sheet for Saints, holding down second spot nicely.
Liverpool denied a blatant penalty for handball.
Man Utd get lucky with a deflection.

X 2 by the same player
Both as clear cut as you could expect . Both arm to ball

Anyway enough of that shit. Clarets get 1st win on the board.
I think the champions league is a step too far but we are in with a shout at the Europa league.
