Which page mate? I just re-checked my sports section and couldn't find it.
I hope the bloody Sunday Mail isn't panning the country version off on us again!

Agreed. It's certainly not in my paper

Not sure if we get the same Sunday Mail, but mine on page 45 has a huge headline

"Vidmar tees off in amazing outburst"

followed by an article over most of the page.

We obviously don't mate, my page 45 has a big article about Ben Cousins playing in 2 weeks time. Also has a snippet about Andrew Symonds and Douglas. :?

Its not like I live in the sticks, Im only down the road from West Adelaide's metropolitan zone!

Not mine, it says "CROWS RAMPAGE AND POWER FAILURE AS SHARK ATTACK ROCKS MARJ IN HEWITT/ARMSTRONG SHOCK - FIX IT PAT!".

Possibly.

Weird. Mine has the big article on Vidmar on the same page as the Symonds and Douglas stories.

Cousins' story is on page 49 and isn't that big :?

PS zipzap, that story is on Page 44 in mine :)

Vidmar should get sacked after that outburst.

Imagine if Neil Craig said something like that - he'd get walked outta town!

Yeah well in Australia its soccer as it has been for 100 years and this is an Australian forum so get used to it mate.
There's only one football in Australia and that's the game where you can only kick goals with your foot, not with your head, your chest, your bum or in Maradonnas case your hand. ;)
And in these parts (ie the SOCCER forum) its called soccer, the F word should be filtered on this forum and if I feel like it, it will, just to help avoid any confusion. ;)

That's why he's the devilsadvocate. ;)

Go the Roar that's all I can say. Even the Cats have more heart in finals than United. If I follow anyone in the O League it is United but unfortunately the Victory well and truly own them.

Fair enough on Viddie's part too. You can tell that Costanzo hasn't given a crap since, refusing to play in some Youth League games, and Diego has openly said he was disappointed with the way it was handled. I think it would be natural for them to not be 100% committed, considering the club has already said they aren't committed to them.

Selection is still an issue though. Why is Dodd being played as a striker? Am I the only one who thinks he looks better in midfield running at the defense? Barbiero had done nothing wrong either, surprised he started on the bench. Cornthwaite is not in the best XI. Need to work out the Cristiano/Agostino/Younis situation. None of them score all that often when playing alone up front, or with Dodd.

Had to feel sorry for Galekovic last night.

We had it (the name football) first you got it 2nd your game is called Soccer to all those with a basic rudimentry knowledge of sports history...

And don't give me that crap about what the rest of the world calls it, 500 years ago the rest of the world thought the world was flat until Gallilio came long. One day the rest of the world will wake up to the real sport of football despite whot SBS and News Ltd think....

it aint rocket science...FFS

Like Jabber said... who cares?? Besides I seriously doubt the rest of the world will "wake up" and suddenly start following aussie rules instead of association football. Now you are basically calling anyone who refers to the game as "football" dumb.. talk about having tickets...

Viddie is right to have a crack at the administration the club was progressing really well until the Board/Committe made inappropriate decisions regarding players futures ie Costanzo,Diego Salley,Spagnuollo and god knows how many other players.

These sort of decisions have destabilised the players and the whole club in hindsight admisitrators should have waited till the end of the season to make such decisions.

Very unproffessional club i think.

Alex Tobin had some comments about United.
Will he be returning home to rekindle the Adelaide City spirit?
